Only a very small number of lenders require you to pay for the banks representation too and even then it's usually only if your chosen Solicitor isn't on their approved panel! My Current list of hated people; 1) Estate Agents 2) Traffic Wardens 3) Solicitors And I have to deal with 2 out of the 3 every day!?!?

I might be able to help, I run a Mortgage company First thing, don't waste your time appealing. You'll spend circa 8 weeks in a circle of letters acknowledging your issue, telling you they will look in to it only to come back to you with the same decision. A default isn't the end of the world, I got a mortgage approved for someone last week with 4 defaults! This is how the 370z should have sounded from the outset, or at last had the option of having some kind of sports exhaust on it from new.

I wouldn't remove my house from sale unless the buyer had an accepted offer on their property and a mortgage AIP. If they were first time buyers I'd want the AIP and full proof of cleared deposit funds in their bank.................

To be fair, the interior of both cars isn't great. The 350z's interior was great back in 2004 but it hasn't aged well in particular all the cheap plastics that mark so easily. The Cayman's interior isn't exactly inspirational either, it's a bit Germanic...... Maybe you were expecting more being a 'Porsche'?? To be fair, one of the main reasons I stayed away from 987 & 997 Porsches previously was because the interiors were sooooo dull. Then I saw the new 981 interior and I was sold and ordered a new Cayman GTS. Then two months later cancelled that (for other reasons) and ended up in a 987 R!
