  1. Makes it a different car, eh
  2. That was back in 2008 Chris
  3. Good job the dogs were inside when that happened and are OK Thought you were off to the docs at first
  4. Thanks shieldsie - no doubt will become two of my used keys .....still hope there is a (non-gaming) keyboard out there with light next or on the caps lock that might save the corrections
  5. not following you there I'm afraid, only posted one! Two identical threads appeared - easily done especially if you use the blue return arrow on IE. No problems
  6. OK guys lets cut the English lessons on Ricey's thread. Any added will be deleted.
  7. Not sounding too good for him http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... l?ITO=1490 Strange it is suggested it is his right side that is affected - in a left-hand drive car which from the pic looks relatively undamaged on the drivers side Edit: Looks like he impaled the car into some armco which pushed through the engine compartment and broke the roll cage in the cockpit area by Kubica's right side
  8. Don't need two threads the same

  10. Colin, you have the answer to your own problem in the last sentence.... don't look at the keyboard, look at the screen while you type Keep your little pinkies on 'A' and 'L' and you will know where every key is Yeah, but I need to use letters other than A and L and I only have two pinkies that work
  11. For the untrained word processors amongst us. Is it me, or do you make the same old mistakes and you wonder why the design is like it is? The one that really gets me is why can't the Caps Lock button have the light in it or alongside rather than at the other end of the keyboard? Times I have to edit stuff, when I look up at the screen and see a line full of uppercase
  12. +1 Would like to hope Jenson can make the tyres last, although he does often complain about not getting enough heat into them - perhaps just a shade too conservative with his driving style. Would certainly like to see some more of the 11/10ths stuff from him as when does have the bit between his teeth his passing moves are often brilliant and he rarely ends up in a tangle, unlike Lewis who seems to let his balls rule his head at times. Confirmation that Mclarens car shown to the public was a dud http://in.reuters.com/article/2011/02/0 ... 5520110204
  13. She is putting your ZED to shame Pete - so what have you got lined up for yours
  14. As if you need an excuse for a drink or two Happy b/d Darren and have a good one
  15. +1
  16. Just trying to help as you have no replies and ICE and electronics is not my thing, but this link throws up the wiring diagrams near the end of the first page - can you sort things from those? viewtopic.php?f=27&t=35169&hilit=bose+wiring
  17. For anyone reading this and not sure of the cc, it is 3696.
  18. I looked at this when I first got the 370 but chickened out as there were no guides as to the removal of the 370 bumper and I was not about to entrust that job the Dymanics who admitted to not having installed on a 370. Nice write up for the 350 guys though Just one query. I had understood the 2nd antenna was for use with cars like ours that have the crash bars to avoid false readings, but you do not mention that and opted for the gaffer tape - something you queried and decided to play safe? "if your vehicle has a metal crash protection bar and the antenna will be within 3 cm's of this metal bar (once the bumper is re-fitted) you can install a 2nd Antenna (included with all PD1 sensors) to prevent any reduction in detection range or insulate the metal crash bar. This is only required on a small number of vehicles but the option is available if required." link to the item: http://www.parkingdynamics.co.uk/Access ... or-Antenna
  19. Good advice And if the car otherwise ticks your boxes ask for the previous owner's contact details (from the V5 or any service receipts etc) - they might be prepared tio verify the mileage when they sold the car.
  20. +1 just a mock up - there is no way they are going let cameras get so close with the real performance tweaks. Might I say in the same way RD jealously guarded views of the rear end of their cars on the starting grids RD? RB of course
