  12. Anyone thinking of buying this car will see by checking back through the build that Clarkie does not do things by half - that is a cracking modded, and cared-for ZED
  13. Very nice indeed - certainly one of the best modded ZEDs around
  14. Yeah he mentioned that one to me but i dont think his friend is selling it at the mo. And it is one of the rare Rosso reds - (same as AK350Z has) Rosso was a MY07 colour I remember wondering about that at the time that ad was running - the pics show it to be more Rosso than Chilli, but then perhaps I interpreted AK350Z's post about that car too literally The price. If the car is good, this is the only reason it won't have sold Really??? at £11.5 for an 05 Nismo with low miles?? And remember that price was last September so it will be less now.
  15. Yeah he mentioned that one to me but i dont think his friend is selling it at the mo. This is the one Martinmac knows - but given the last post was some time ago....... down to £11.5K then. And it is one of the rare Rosso reds - (same as AK350Z has) viewtopic.php?f=56&t=35930 Might be worth pursuing that a bit further - you never know
  16. Motorline Nissan NHPC, Tunbridge Wells Having just had some really good work done on the 370 (under warranty - no quibbles), the service manager Ian Fraser has aksed me to post up the following for the forum: If you can let the forum chaps know that we offer the following for vehicles over 4 years old; If they join our ‘loyalty club’ which they can do by simply registering, they will receive labour discounts of 15% at 4 years old, 20% for 5 & 6 year old, 25% for 7, 8 & 9 years old and 30% for 10 years plus. They will also get 10% off all parts. Not included of course with any other offer etc but I think you’ll see we’re certainly doing our bit to drive the costs down. Queried the hourly rate and loan cars saying members would welocme a 370 on loan. and he added this: Our hourly rate for Sports cars is £95 per hour, £120 for GTr! However, we normally stand at our standard £85 + vat per hour for non GTR and discount the older car from there. We wouldn’t normally lend a 370 to a 350 customer unless they were seriously considering purchasing one. This is at mine or the GM’s discretion, so on a case by case situation, we’d decide if a) the car was available (as is held primarily for the sole use of GTR customers and as mentioned, whether we’re comfortable to lend it out. We do have Notes and (yes) Micra's as loan cars and these are free of charge other than replenishment of fuel, which is down to the user. These are good little cars, and after all, they are simply an alternative transport solution. Customers may also wait in the showroom, or take in the breath taking sites of the Tunbridge Wells retail park! Please note that in order to use the ‘loyalty 4 year plus offer’ they will need to register by clicking this link; http://www.motorline.co.uk/nissan/after ... ith-the-Ni The telephone number is 01892 500700 Motorline is at Dowding Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 3UY http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&sourc ... 37293&z=15
  17. Have you tried the Chris Knott or Sky - two companies who support the forum. Age/experience/location etc can be critical but given you have a years experience with the Zed, and certainly if you are 25+, you may find some savings
  18. As you say, I can't recall an answer for your query, although the question has been asked before. I can only suggest you contact one of the specialist companies - just picked these two at random as examples. http://www.tappersupholstery.com/hoods.html http://www.aspickering.co.uk/ Hopefully a member will be along soon who can positively recommend a good repairer
  19. Very nice - there is always a great deal of satisfaction detailing a black car as i found with my previous ZED Edit: not so sure about the crotch shot though
  20. nice to be busy then alex I know how you feel Alex - as the site has got busier and busier we are also struggling with more 'business' and as a mod I am finding an increasing amount of time being spent just waiting for things to move. Posting messages is just the same - it takes an age for the page to pop back up compared to say just a year ago. That does not help either the moderation of the site (for sale posts taking longer to get cleared as an example) and when people like Martinmac and myself are organizing large events for the club there is a mega amount of time making things happen anyway so these slow-downs are a real pain in the proverbial. I just hope the Google bot (and the many others we are aware are lurking as "guests") read this and back off
