  1. +1 and you won't even get peanuts for it now, but as I have seen with the 350's over the last six or so years on here, once owners start selling their 370's in the years to come those who have dumped their OEM exhaust will be kicking themselves they didn't keep it when you can recover quite a good proportion of the ££££'s spent, selling the aftermarket exhaust on to others Currently, for example, 350 Nismo exhausts in good condition will fetch near on 3/4 the new price paid 4 or more years earlier
  2. Cheers ChrisS
  3. Get yourself along to this meet next Sunday - not so far from Croydon. viewtopic.php?f=93&t=48304

  5. Only 62 - that seems a long time ago now Have a good one Pete and don't forget we need to show the youngsters on the Wales weekend that being of, shall we say, more mature years dosen't stop us enjoying our ZEDS
  6. And banned the fecker
  7. Glad you pleased with your purchase but the 370's do need a decent exhaust to make you feel you do have a sports car The rear view mirrors are a tad on the large size but I have the opposite issue at 6' 2" in that I find the view rearwards from the cabin mirror restricted by the top of the black surround on/in the rear window. Nice view of following headlights but whats on the roof of something following is obscured unless I duck down As regards the net the 370 is twice the size of that for the 350 and uses two straps to fit over the brace bar behind the seats as well as using the 4 clips in the boot area. Nissan want about £84 for a net but you can pick them up cheaper - could try :pmr35lee: That's how I got mine In the interim might as well use the net you have if its fits
  8. Nice video there Mark and good to see the guys that work on the car and make it go so well are the same who work on our ZEDs
  9. Nice to know it is still around - but not aware the new owner has signed up on here - if the sticker was in the nearside rear window that is likely to be the one I left on the car when I p/ed it for the 370. That pic was with the 19" Nismo's BTW that ChrisS now has

To be fair I found the 19" nismos with the 452 falkens a cracking combo in the handling department and of course they look so good hence the price they command s/h. They came from Big Phil who we all had great respect for and the tyre profiles he advised certainly worked well. They were in a different league of course to the 040 Stones that I had on the Rays - really no comparison.

Because they are wider does not mean it will improve the handling though. The standard set-up of the 350 is what makes the ZED such a great drivers car and if you go wider the balance on the throttle will be affected - they might make the car stick more in the bends but when it does start to let go it is likely to be more sudden than progressive. Although I use spacers on the 370 that is purely for looks and if it was solely about handling I would not have them on. Just my 2-pennies worth
  13. Was it? (Metallic version of the Kuro BTW - called Ebisu, but often hard to tell in other than bright sunlight)

No question they fit a 350 but the offsets are quite different and I suspect you would need to play around with spacers. Although they might look good, if you don't get the set up right they could ruin the handling.
  15. This might do the trick http://www.einszett.co.uk/Gummi-Pflege.php Has been recommended by several members on here in the past

  17. Got your interest - let me know your first name and that of your +1 if you are not alone. You will need to be at Moreton by 9am on the Saturday and if you are staying for the BBQ let me know about that as well. Send me a pm, eh
  18. I would hazard a guess that judging by the yellow writing on the side window that is off to a breakers. I suspect there is lot more damage underneath and for the rear three-quarter panel to be buckled like that an seeing both front a rear wheels are pushed back
  19. I think your getting the MY06 facelift mixed up with the MY07 facelift..... Yes, Sarnie is on the ball - the one thing I remember being added on the MY07 on the inside that was not on the MY06 (having had one of those myself) was the illuminated ignition keyhole - might have been something else.......... The important point is that Dealers had stock of the MY03's when the MY06's were released and then had those when the MY07's were released meaning some of the older models were still kicking around a year or more after the facelifts were available. And some 'old' 350 stock from Ireland after the release of the 370 was still knocking around on this side of the Irish Sea for a long time - usually given away by the fitment of the GT4 wheels.
