  1. Oh come on Graham it's his birthday let him have one day of a year off from car cleaning But have a good one Ken and everyone else today who is finding they are another year older.
  2. This link shows you how to fill/bleed th system (towards the end) http://crackaddict.com/~flynn/howtos/samco.howto/samco.howto.htm
  3. 'No key' lights up if it does not detect yours and even though it is within Nissan's stated detection limit - not uncommon in my experience. Do suggest you check out what I have said in previous post though - if in doubt have a read of these: http://www.350z-uk.c...-recall-action/ http://www.350z-uk.c...eed-for-action/ The last thing you would want is to be stranded somewhere and the car has to be towed to a dealer.
  4. Looking at your plate in the pic is the VIN no. within the range said above ^^^ If so it may be the steering lock issue - ask the dealer if your car has been done.
  5. Sure you will find a naked 370 front end on this build: http://www.350z-uk.c...ddy-twin-turbo/ try the latter pages working backwards
  6. Interesting car history and engine build on your 370 - hope to get to see this in the flesh. Notice you have have favoured the Sessantas - very playful tyres and certainly better for the 370 than the standard Stones IMO. However having changed to MPSS they are in a different league and dare I suggest would be more suitable to putting the power down you are using. Yes, they may not be so playful on a standard 370 (mine is around 310bhp at the wheels after the Stillen exhaust and rev-up), but the grip is in another league....... Should last you longer too
  7. Of all the opinions expressed this ^^^ is the one that comes closest for me, apart from my failure to try out Stelvio to date
  8. You have just answered your own question in your last post ^^^^ No contact number; wants your address; doesn't answer your questions - as Alex says Avoid
  9. frankly putting Vettel to shame. So i am curious, there was a lot of discussion last year on here and many popular internet motoring journals surrounding Vettel and his talents and did he deserve to be 4 time world champ. Basically, is he as good as his 4 times champ title suggests? I also think this was the question a lot were asking, what was he capable of when he wasnt in by far and away the best car. Admittedly he has had a string of bad luck, but if he has finished Ricciardo has still been in front of him most of the time?? As I said above:
  10. We have members with the base model and the limited number does not surprise me, IIRC they were/are more like a special order as it was not anticipated the reduced spec would not be sought after.
  11. Agree, he is turning out to not only be very likeable but not afraid to mix it with anyone on the grid and some of those dummies he pulled to get the overtakes and his patience to wait for the right opportunity are the mark a true racer. Dare I say, a very very worthy successor to Mark and frankly putting Vettel to shame. Talking of dummies, you would have thought some of the more established drivers would have grown up enough to not need them as they feel the need to spit out theirs nearly every race..........
  12. One thread where is, er,............not necessary, me thinks
  13. Think you will find that refers to the base version of the 370 - 18" wheels etc Wonder how many imports on top of those totals - as far as the 370's go less than a handful I suspect.
  14. At current pump prices it is unlikely you would squeeze more than £110 worth in one go. My fill-ups, with around 30 miles left showing, probably average out around between £90-£95.

    Hill start

Yes, hill start was added to the 370's, in 2010 I believe. Thankfully my 2009 370 dosen't have it.
  16. But some people simply can't stop themselves er..........yep, see I gone and done it
  17. So now you are here Will, what's the way
  18. Been quite a few times on my visits and drives in Wales I have spent that money on fuel in one day......mind you I'm then ready for the next day
  19. Good post and nice pics Looks like you are enjoying ZED ownership and getting some good help/bits from the Forum Traders
  20. Info here on the Z1 conversion http://www.the370z.c...tml#post2734704
  21. Honestly, having had both the 276bhp and 296 bhp versions, on the road there is nothing in it an indeed the torque characteristics of the 276 on many of our roads are more beneficial than having a few extra revs. You would really only notice any speed gains wit the rev-up on track but then again we all know it is the nut holding the wheel that makes the biggest difference....... So you can consider your bragging rights intact
  22. That rings a bell now you say it and is what Edmunds seems to be saying here: http://www.edmunds.c...ssan/350z/2006/
