sounds a silly question, but have you fitted anything else in the engine bay? i had a similiar problem and it was due to the wires in the engine bay rubbing on the typhoon airbox causing a new earth and shorting the light out.

what you planning to do, as it looks like someone was going to organise a GB for a woven stainless steel grille from zunsport in either stailess or nylon coated black. it would fit straight over without the need to cut the old one out.

lots of options, most mods don't make their full potential unless mixed with a remap of the ECU. for that go speak to abbey motorsport or rs tuning. as for mods. i'd spend a good few evenings browsing through the forum, its got lots of info and ideas.

think it was GM didn't see licence plate, think it had the Greddy front lip. not seen before, might be a new owner. you pulled in to tescos behind me as i then went to the pumps and you went to the store.

+1, i have hfc's and out of gear with no load on the engine if i rev the car there is a very slight rasp, but when driving, its completely different and no rasp.

your kind of in the middle so rs tuning or abbey are options. me personally i'm going to use abbey, one becase they are closest, and 2 they seem to have done more cars now, and they are also the only ones who post on here regularly

as fiddy has said, and i like to repeat myself, go to abbey, £350 ish all in; done; dusted; and live tuned to your car. you can come and crash at mine bring the wife, and baby, we'll make an evening of it, and lucy would enjoy the company and she loves babies. i love babies too, but i can't eat a whole one, as they give me real bad indigiestion.

just go to abbey and get a remap done on the standard ECU will do all that for you.
