Having the lights refurbished definitely made a difference to light output but it's still far from brilliant IMO. I'd say my retrofitted lights on my old civic were better lol. I upgraded to from 6K to 8k and its as good as its going to get, so will be getting facelift headlights at some point -

Hopefully so man! That's if I don't sell it in this annoying love-hate affair I have with it The love wavers when I see the annoying list of small expensive jobs that need doing opposed to modifications Im just not overly keen on how it looks from some angles, there are days where I wish I'd kept the standard bumper with a front lip on? Im very picky about my modifications haha. Height wise its ok I've not caught it yet through careful driving -
Hey guys and girls! Been a long while since I've done a build thread! I picked up my 350z funnily enough just over a year ago, been meaning to get on here for a while but everyone remembers what it's like to be a noob! Been knocking around cars for a long time, practically live breath and sleep Vpower haha. First money pit was a B18R swapped Honda civic which I spent the best part of 6 years restoring. Sadly and being honest I ran out of talent one night while having a rather vigorous play with an R33... so that was the end of that chapter So this time last year I'd literally just purchased my GT 350z. It came on a sensible 63k with full Nissan service history stamped at every interval. Did think I'd gotten a great deal but as the year has progressed it has appeared to be a bit of a lemon, throwing up all of the normal Z faults that develop with time. Standard first ever fill up picture Then went and rebuilt the Brembos and got new MTEC drilled and grooved disks and padds with HELL braided lines. Again fitting didn't go to plan as we ended up snapping a hard line which meant being trailered down to the shop as it sensed the low fluid and locked the diff But it now stops the planet rotating so worth it The car then spent a week in pieces as it went down the body shop. It had fitted Nismo side skirts, Nismo rear spats and Miens front lip fitted along with reviving the headlights. I do also have a Nismo V3 spoiler but that's yet to go on as I think it'll look silly as it is and with the refreshed headlights and a little photo shoot with Luke My next purchase was a slight impulse buy which I do regret some days. A Nismo V2 front bumper And the latest addon was getting my windows tinted, by far my favourite mod so far So I think that's me kinda up to date The car was recently used alongside my buddy James 350 for his wedding, which I'm sure some of you will of seen. Apologies for all the pictures but as they say, they are worth a thousand words! Overall I'm happy with the 350 I just wish I could get past some of the niggling faults that are appearing. I have an extensive list of plans which im sure one day will come to plan, just annoying when you want to build another show car but life gets in the way! Future plans include Lowering Wheels facelifting the front end changing the rear bumper getting this V3 spoiler on smooth wings and alot of other bits! Thanks for reading

Im around dude, bit of a lurker though haha. Used to be out alot with the Honda guys but as said I got disowned by them for not buying another rice cooker! Would be good to meet up with a fellow Z owner I'm not in a Z anymore (check my sig) but always up for making some new friends. Ohhh nice Well would be good to meet up and have a natter with another Nissan! Let me know when you're about and work permitting i'll come up! Thank you and Noted Bud. But I had these on my old Honda and it got abused religiously and there was never a problem there and compared to the Z which gets nannied on the daily I think i'll be ok. Brakes are one of my monthly checks -

Hey guys and girls! My names Olly and I'm from West Sussex, more specifically Worthing I picked up my 350z funnily enough just over a year ago, been meaning to get on here for a while but everyone remembers what it's like to be a noob! Been knocking around cars for a long time, practically live breath and sleep Vpower haha. First money pit was a B18R swapped Honda civic which I spent the best part of 6 years restoring. Did think I'd gotten a great deal but as the year has progressed it has appeared to be a bit of a lemon, throwing up all of the normal Z faults that develop with time. Standard first ever fill up picture SO here we are a year later, and what can I say? I honestly love the car to bits but it has been by far the most frustrating car I've ever owned, and I've thought about selling it numerous times. Its a real love-hate relationship. I've done quite a few bits to it to be fair, I'd liked to of done more but have been beaten by repair costs several times. I started with small carbon parts (I have a carbon obsession) which went like this I then got pretty lucky and won a Y pipe back Japspeed system for £250. This in itself has been a royal pain in the backside with lots of fettling to get it to fit properly. But it sounds brilliant with a deep burble on overrun. Also recently got some sports cats second hand so looking to fit them once the 02 spacers arrive and fingers crossed it doesn't throw engine lights Then went and rebuilt the Brembos and got new MTEC drilled and grooved disks and padds with HELL braided lines. Again fitting didn't go to plan as we ended up snapping a hard line which meant being trailered down to the shop as it sensed the low fluid and locked the diff But it now stops the planet rotating so worth it The car then spent a week in pieces as it went down the body shop. Would really like to start attending some regional meets or meet people who are local, my old group disowned me when i bought her (Honda Owners ) Looking forward to hearing from you all and I apologise in advance for no doubt some of the stupid questions I will ask Olly
