Had a look into these while comparing spacers and although cheap, I didn't find anything bad about them - people seem to use them without problems.
That being said, where it involves a connection to your wheels, something that, if fails, isn't gonna end well, I was sceptical about spending so little. I mean, there must be a reason why the more expensive ones are more expensive other than just paying for a name, surely?
There's a group buy on Torqen spacers at the moment, which you might be interested in. Tad more expensive, but your call whether you think it's worth the extra or not.
