  1. Get something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/DOUBLE-SIDED-ACRYLIC-ULTRA-metres-x/dp/B00H4F7PB6/ref=sr_1_45?ie=UTF8&qid=1481828947&sr=8-45&keywords=double+sided+tape To re-fit: Start the car and go for a 20 minute drive, get it warm. Then: I'd peel them off carefully, remove the old tape from them with a single sided blade (cut towards your chum not your thumb) once removed, clean any residue with white spirits. Then while they are off, rub down all the sharp edges with 600 wet and dry paper (use it dry) then wipe down again with the spirit. Next apply the fresh tape and trim with the blade if needed. With the backing on, dry fit and bend to shape where needed so they stay in place/shape without the tape holding them. Next, clean the vent with the spirit, dry off with a microfiber (don't just let it flash off) peel the backing tape and apply to the vent starting at the bottom and firmly press into place. Wipe over with the spirit to remove greasy paw prints, then fire the car up again and go for a drive, get some heat through the vents and see how they are. Take the microfiber with you to apply pressure if they lift a little. If they don't, then you can sit back and admire your work

  4. Ouch ! cost more to service a watch than a Z ?!? Mental.
  5. You want to get yourself one of those Casio calculator watches, proper kit them ! Within budget too
  6. Hello and welcome to the best color owners club
  7. Yeah the edges are a little sharp, that's why I suggested knocking them off with a bit of 600's paper, better and easier to do before fitting
  8. Yeah all bookmarked up. Lock or delete if you like mods
  9. Thanks mate, did a search for Bulbs but didn't find those....
  10. photo tommorow then As requested, sorry for the delay Also, did Nissan weld the bleeding golfballs on ?? Had to wreck it getting it off, good job I read the guide to clamp the shaft as they were tight. Had to use plumbers wrench to twist it off !!
  11. Just wondering, is there a complete list of all the bulbs ? ie: size, style etc Thinking of doing an LED swap on interior and the rear number plate lights. Also, any pitfalls to look out for ? Blowing fuses etc Thanks in advance
  12. No, no instructions. Im just fussy and if metal has been cut to shape I always knock the sharp edges off. Did you scrub the vents before drying ? Got to ensure there is no product or whatever on them. Also, if it was a cold day, I would run your car for a while get it warm and put some heat through those vents will help the tape to adhere.
  13. With mine I just took the edges off with a 600 wet and dry sheet, then did a dry test fit and bent to shape where needed. Wipe the vents with the wipe provided, wipe dry with a non lint absorbant cloth, peeled the backing and stuck them on. Quick wipe over the faces with the wipe provided to remove sticky paw marks. Stuck down well and have had no peel at all.
  14. Burn the tyres for heating if your feeling tight but really, change them before you regret it.
  15. Aren't these about £260+ Vat from Nissan ? (each) But there is a repair kit for DIY fixes if you have the leaky grommet issue.
  16. Should be using child lock and opening the door for them And then there are some that should just be put down....
  17. Again thanks To park that ignorantly takes a lot of practice :0
  18. I was the Gunmetal I just did him the courtesy of leaving a doors width between the cars while I went to stock up on Beer and Meat
  19. If that is an acronym for what I think it is, why thank you very much. Yes I do park like a Champ
  20. Probably been said before, don't buy on mileage buy on the condition. But again well done on walking away to think, the fun of the test drive can blind you from obvious flaws. Drive another to compare, then drive one that has been looked after by an enthusiast, I bet there is a big difference.... Good luck with the hunt
  21. Thought there would be a connection to here somewhere While on the topic of cleaning (sort of) what are the Autosmart and Auto finesse etc products he use's like ? Any good or worth spending the extra on all Meguire's/poorboys stuff ?
