  1. Bit odd on the temp sensor. On Fords the sensor is behind the front bumper. Where is it on the Z?
  2. I'd recommend resonated if you want a little more than standard. Saying that, I have the Cobra resonated and it's about 35% more noise than standard (sounds great) , with some drone when labouring (going up a long hill in 6th or 5th). And that's in a roadster, I'm sure it has to be louder in the coupe. Dropping a gear helps. The only non-resonated I've experienced is in an ST, and my ears bled. It was wholly intollerable. Motorway driving would have definitely given me a migraine.
  3. You could try their sister site Aliexpress, which is the traditional click and buy. Used them both extensively, and never had a problem with either.
  4. Any good? https://www.carsondemand.co.uk/

    Dyson car?

    It'll totally suck
  6. Can't see the point in paying 300 quid on a camera (that's attractive to thieves), to save you from not getting the blame, and being penalised maybe a 100 quid or so. I've been driving nearly 30 years without so much as a scratch. I guess if you're pretty useless on the road, they're handy to prove it
  7. more like #teamreacharound Stay on topic I *think* I am going to vote stay - still the Leave campaign are saying 'take control' but refuse to say of what... Isn't it obvious? Laws, Courts, Human rights, Trade, Environment, Borders, Democracy. Take your pick, or come up with your own. Do some research. It's pretty embarrassing to vote for the status quo and allow Brussels to think for you because you can't think for yourself. Think 10, 20 or 30 years ahead, what the In & Out campaigners say is 100% guff and irrelevance. Look at the EU performance now, where it's going, and how it's performed in the past. Engage critical thinking, come to a conclusion. Base your vote on that. Sorry. You're wrong. I don't claim to know much abut much, but I do know about the justice system because I've spent my entire working life in it. One of the greatest con tricks the mass media has played on the general public is the idea that our system of justice is dictated by the EU. We have one of if not the most professional, impartial, efficient and, crucially, independent systems of law and justice in the World. Any suggestion that it will somehow improve by leaving the EU is rubbish based on ignorance of how our laws, courts and judges work. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/04/14/uk-obliged-judgments-of-european-courts-official-document-from-m/ Yeah.

Engage critical thinking, come to a conclusion. Base your vote on that. Has anyone voting out read the official webpage? None of it actually says how and what they want control of. Borders, Environment etc none of this is mentioned, you have just listed out a list of things you 'want' to think you have control of without actually knowing what the Leave campaign have said they will take control of. How can you have a Free Trade Agreement whilst closing borders, that contradicts everything that Free Trade stands for and Free Trade (of which there are many types of different ways of doing this) is about the only thing they do mention that they want to instigate. Engage critical thinking is right, assuming that you can 'take control' of your list by exiting the EU is fundamentally incorrect, plenty of research to be done there my friend. Free trade does not equal open borders. You do not need one, to have the other. Where did you get such an notion? All Free trade is, is trade with no barriers. Tariffs or restrictions, etc. That doesn't mean you can go and live in the country your country happens to have a FTA with. And "Taking Control" if we left is exactly what the UK would get, there's no assumption involved. The UK leaves, the EU would no longer dictate any area of British Laws, Courts, Trade, etc. Who else would do it? I'm confused why you would be in any doubt. Who else would take control if we left the EU? And no, I haven't read the Out campaigns website or literature, nor the In campaign. I've lived in the EU, I've lived in an independant UK. I don't need In's & Out's "informing" me. All the information you need is out there.

  10. Oh, and a Talbot Sunbeam 1.6. Bought it for £200 in 1988. Now worth North of £10,000. Wish I kept it. So much fun to drive.
  11. I was after one many years ago. Good looker, but they suffered from corrosion pretty bad due to Merc switching to water based paints, if memory serves. You'll need to research in more detail for the specifics.
  12. Best: Zed Most Fun: Land Rover Series 3
  13. My fave Alfa. But read that they were underpowered, which put me off.
  14. Worst was a 1.9 CDTi Vectra estate. Never ending repairs. Having said that, the best car was a Land Rover Series 3. Never ending repairs.
  15. Can't help thinking it would stress the paint and promote corrosion down the road?
  16. They have to dumb it down for US audiences, especially those who don't know what GITS is. So yeah, fans will be pretty peeved, me included.
  17. What's to stop this scenario...Son buys a car on finance. He can't keep up payments, so sells the car to his dad/mate/uncle/etc for £1. Defaults on finance payments, waits 6 years, blah, blah... Father pretends he bought the car in good faith. Son still uses the car every day on named insurance.
  18. I've just spent most of the week on the M1 and A1. I think you queue rather than drive that bloody thing. M6 was luxury by comparison.
