  1. I forgot the ignition procedure, sorry. It's as stated above, but I've found no need to wait 3 seconds. Ignition on until you see the airbag light, then ignition off. Repeat 5 times.
  2. Mine does this every so often, check all the connectors under your seats, give them a wiggle - common problem
  3. I'll need some more info really, and a working title - maybe get back to me when it's all finalised? For example - What's happening at the three venues at these specified times? The flyer/poster should tell people exactly what is going on. If I saw something with 'Fitness, Self Defense, Discipline and Fun' written on it, with space for venues and times, it's not going to pull me in. What's occurring at these venues and why should I go? Who is it aimed at? Who is welcome? Will it cost me anything? Who does it benefit? Are you a registered charity? Are any contact details to be included? Happy to put something together for you, but lets get all the info and copy sorted from the get go, otherwise there will be a lot of back and forth between us, which I don't have time for, as much as I'd like to
  4. If I get a spare few moments I might be able to help - You need to paste up any permanent copy you want including on the flyer (charity name / title etc) and how much blank space you want leaving for your own editable info.
  5. I wasn't really interested guesses and I know how the search button works. Thanks for the unhelpul reply. I was going to post a link for you, but seeing as I haven't done it myself I'd only be guessing that it was accurate so I don't think I'll bother now if that's your attitude. My attitude is simply that just about the most unhelpful reply anyone can post is "use the search button". Anyone that can use an internet forum knows about search and I'm not asking a FAQ like "what's the difference between an 05 and 06. Most people, like myself, use the forum search, plus google and only then post a question if they've drawn a blank. What you'll also find is that when I do the job, I'll post up a description and some photos, something no-one else in the history of the 350Z appears to have done yet - at least according to my forum and google searches. Next time you don't know something, try the forum search and google and get nowhere, what will you do? That's right, you'll start a thread. Then ask yourself what you'll think if the very first reply tells you to use search. Anyway, if you want to get all upset on someone else's behalf, you crack on son. Your Google skills are weak!

    Brake pads

I'm using standard Brembo pads at the moment, which have been fine for daily driving with the odd bit of heavy use. I was running Yellow Stuff previously and they were pretty useless when pushed. Carbotech XP8's have a great rep - drop an email to Ian (sales@carbotech-europe.com) and he will sort you out
  7. Wow, that's terrible. I've had similar experience and it's hard to rectify when you have a personal connection to the place - I will not use places with personal ties anymore. It's so so so hard to find bodyshops that exhibit a degree of competence, I feel for you! ----------------------- EDIT: - You recommended this guy to me a few months back, I'm so pleased I didn't follow it up!
  8. Be good if it's true though... bye bye Clarkson!
  9. Top Gear is trash (IMO), won't be missed. Apparently he took a swing at a female producer, no idea how accurate that is.
  10. Drivers door wanted for 350z in sunset. Must be in A1 condition - anyone?
  11. Definitely not 'normal', but could be absolutely nothing to worry about for many more miles.
  12. Guaranteed to reduce your cars resell value by ten fold
  13. Whilst I get your point, it's exactly the same with alcohol: There's no specific limit you can practically use anyway. Some people can take four units, some two, some just the one unit and be over the limit. There's no hard and fast rule about when alcohol leaves your system, hence lots get done the morning after. Really, this is just as clear as the alcohol rules, i.e. not very. You are correct to a degree, and I guess it's only natural that the legal drugs have more information/guidelines available to the layman, I'm not sure that makes it right though. However, I think it does still differ somewhat. For example, I don't think anybody is going to be risking their license or safety by driving the morning after half a pint of a bitter shandy. It's not an exact science, but we all take this as a given. Where does one draw the line if they enjoy using cocaine (popular in the UK), for example? Can a user ingest said substance on a Friday night and be able to drive the following Monday? I certainly don't know what quantity of active ingredient equates to a given blood level, and I'm sure not many people do. Also, how long do any of these drugs remain in your blood? Days, weeks, months? It's a huge grey area and like I said previously, it's in absolutely everybodies interest, user or not, that this is all a little clearer, despite not being an exact science.
  14. There really should be clearer, more accessible information made available on this. Millions of people (and road users) enjoy altering their perception in every corner of this country. Without getting into the ins and outs of legalities, pre-conceptions and personal opinions on people that choose do so, it only seems right that if you impose a legal limit on such things, it should be clear what these limits mean. 20mg/L means nothing to me, where as blood alcohol levels are clearly explained in terms of units, with information readily available on how fast your body is able to process it. How are people who choose to use drugs able to stay safe, both in a literal sense and in terms of the law?
  15. +1 - Love my SM-FW, (Granted it could be down to a different engine) It just drives so much better now, pulls a lot better and just all round feels better! +2 Fitting a lighter flywheel does not decrease your torque or the ability to use it, quite the opposite!
  16. I've known a few people buy things stupid cheap from Amazon, obviously a result of automated price changes that go a bit wrong, they've always honored the orders. Gutted I missed out on this one!
  17. I have an Exedy clutch and lightened flywheel and it's great. Lots of chatter at low revs and slightly harder work in traffic, but a small price to pay for the improved response and feel.
  18. £418.55 Duty & VAT, so £2078.55 delivered to your door for a CD00A.
  19. Which works out at £1130 + Shipping (I just inquired) at £530 - Total: £1660 I wonder what Duty and VAT etc would be like on receipt?
  20. This is from way back in 2003 I think - Loophole was apparently legitimate, but has long since been closed.
  21. Lenders don't actually use any of these services - so Noddle's free service is as good as any. There is actually no such thing as a 'credit score', it's nothing more than a consumer product to make money out of you, based on a very loose set of incomplete data, which may or may not be considered by any potential lender.
