I disagree as it was the insurance provider that decided to take the vehicle to that particular garage and not the customer. After the point at which the vehicle was initially stolen and reported, the entire matter claim wise as far as the customer is concerned is down to the insurance to resolve hence the word 'insurance'.

The garage will have CCTV and vehicle will have been secured overnight also, so must have been taken in the day. What a mess pal.

Well she didn't stay clean for long, showers in the morning which didn't fully clear. We thought it best to avoid the blissful country roads and opt for the boring motorways instead.
