Flashback

Have you got them fitted? What are they like noisewise?

They set her of really nicely, good choice.

What's he going for on the rear? I take it there's some sort of spoiler going on...

Looking lovely valy!

Definitely and really tempting!

I saw those 44s a few weeks back and they do look awesome... really expensive though!

That's 70 out of 90 people all paid up. Looking good for the 100!

Details Andy, details!

Can't they run 'everything Nissan other than GTRs' day instead?

Booo!

That looks awesome Andy. I'd love a bike but know my own limitations mean I'd be in a full cast and drinking soup from a straw in no time! Good luck with the project mate.

Lol yes and then minus the cost of mods....

This should get you off that ASBO a bit faster! Nice one mate, good to see you back in a Zed.

As per the Japfest website:

The map that you are using is based on a Mercator projection and the one Steve is using is based on a Transverse Mercator Projection. The orginal Mercator Projection was made to simplify the navigation of the seas for sailors and is best suited there. The Transverse Mercator gives a much more accurate definition of east / west which is the piece that's badly disorted on a standard Mercator as you go futher north or south from the equator (in fact becomes infinitely distorted at the poles). Steve's map would be far more true to life for this application.

Ok noted will get it sorted as soon as I can.

I'll be sorting mine out at the end of the week @AndyJames can you remember roughly how far in advance the organisers allocated our pitch last year?

If you've ever stood next to them at Kennedy Space Centre then you get a real sense of how unrealistic and fake the 610 feet tall doors are and that is all just for show.... Clearly rockets don't exist!

Because that day Geoffrey, Zippy and George were looking out of the square window!

Maaaaatttteee!

What was the fabric paint that you used on the centre console? It looks spot on.

It makes you want to do the whole thing from scratch yourself (If only I could!) Truly awesome vids and a great watch.
