  1. If you do go for 19's I've just read from "Cougar Stores" in another thread that this is the usual size set up for a Zed; Hope that help's.
  2. I can still see it. This is what it say's below;
  3. If I had the cash for air, I'd get air and 19" 0.05 3SDMs in a flash! (Also ex Vag owner). nii Niice. Yea I like your thinking, I have now set my mind on the Satin Black 0.01 3SDM ones now mate. But not to shore weather to stick with 18s, or go fat and go 19s? Hmm help ahah Are you planning on lowering it Phil? If it was me I'd stick with 18's especially if you are going to lower it eventually as they fill the arches nice enough then plus tyre's will be slightly cheaper. Plenty of people do go for 19's though so it's just personal preference I think.
  4. +1. That must be one hell of a good K&N air intake, ....possibly incorporating a 50bhp shot of nitrous.
  5. I'm wondering that too, ...oh and I want cake's now. Edit: oh blown head gasket ~ darn slow typing skills!!
  6. As coldel said it really shouldn't be double. Btw, just because it has a square number plate does not necessarily make it an import. As some people like to change their bumpers for the import style as they prefer them. I'd just go from the registration number if it was me and yes the system should know whether it's an import or not going from the reg plate I'd have thought.
  7. Did you message him then or do you know him? All I can see that he mentions about performance mods is a K&N air intake and although his exhaust might be an upgrade too there's no way that those two things are good for an extra 50-60bhp from standard.
  8. Welcome aboard. What model/colour/year etc did you get then? Hope you're enjoying it either way.
  9. ^^ Thanks for the answers Roscoe ~ think you really need to start a build thread if you haven't already. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/156-member-build-projects/
  10. Wash it? why would he do that?! ...after all he hasn't even bothered hoovering the floor mats for the interior shots.
  11. Look's good. What spacers did you get for the front & rear then? size wise I mean. How's the car handle now? feel better or has it affected it badly in anyway?. Just curious.
  12. I'd honestly tell him nowhereboy that you're not picking him up anymore & if he doesn't like it then tough sh*t. Costing you more than just petrol by the sound's of it.
  13. Welcome aboard. Great looking Zed in a lovely colour.
  14. I'd try to appeal that stating your case as you mentioned you where trying to safely pass a vehicle "parked" in your lane ~ you may not have much of a chance but you'll never know unless you try & it could save you £60.
  15. Good show coldel. Love the Prod. So many memories of driving around when I was younger listening to them with my mates.
  16. ^^ Fair enough glrnet ~ maybe I'll just stalk the area that weekend until I bump into a load of Zed's then.
  17. Great idea Paddy but I've already bought some JDM washers & used other stainless steel bolts that I had from my previous car/s. Otherwise I would have been up for this. Good luck.
  18. If you do, buy this one....
  19. I'd love to but think it may well have to be next year if at all. Got some plans in place for this year and spent soooo much this year already, ...what with fully blown Zeditus. Supposed to be saving as well. It's on your doorstep GM, even if it just for one day/drives it's worth it. Be a tankful maximum +1 I took a drive up for the day when I first got my Zed. Drove home with a grin and a huge shopping list I may be up for driving up for one day but not staying in a hotel or anything (being a tight ar*e at the mo ). That's why I was asking earlier if there where any places that the convoy pulls over for a rest break so could possibly drive up & meet up one afternoon. Do you have an itinerary?
  20. Lovely car and would love to own it but god I hate those wing attachments ~ I know they look good as they make the car wider but I never understand why people doing it don't fill in the fixing holes & smooth over so it looks like part of the wings rather than just something that someone has fixed on with self tapping screws. Still cool though.
