ive got this video of a couple of laps from knockhill on the go pro. its not good or fast but was my first ever track experience. My very first lap i spun out at the end of the straight still doing about 90, onto the grass and spun about 3 times just missing the wall. the only damage was that id lost my front two centre caps . unfortunately the go pro decided to freeze and not record any of it though Pity you didn't have that camera set up for the drag event and glad there was no damage done at Knockhill. All good fun though ~ can't use a car like yours properly on the roads so you're doing it in the right places.

^^ They should come off. Might be easier if there are screws underneath it that you can take off to disassemble the model to get the axles off. Just don't break it as you wouldn't want to have to tell your sister you broke her gift trying to mod it.

That would be good. As long as you get the same scale wheels/alloys then that'll work. You can get them on eBay as I've seen them before on there.

Keep it smooth for definite imo. Maybe with the cash you'll save on not getting the spoiler/spray job buy some LED rear lights which will make a big difference in making it look more modern.

Good to hear. Did the Zed get any presents too? Not really no, just a diecast model of himself that my sister gave me. They sent the wrong colour though (TWICE I might add!!!). So now I have 2 in rusty orange haha that she has to send back to get one in Azure Pretty cool and will be better when you get it in the correct colour for sure. You'll just need to change the alloys on it though, add a stubby, Nismo style lip and then it will be as cool as your real one.

I doubt it, ...James May has a pilots licence and you'd hardly say he was a fanny magnet because of it. Better off with a nice car imo as at least you get to enjoy it more often and don't have to ask for permission to take off in it.

You know, where he was severely sh@t upon for very little reason*, regarding the way he handed out the trophies he'd brought along? Zed looks good though. that was the only mod that was in the car when i got it, also had a clarion amp under the seat. Im useless with anything so thought id just leave it lol Fair enough. I don't think it was actioned as a recall in the UK more so as a "service action" here. Ok Flyn not the easiest post to translate, ...but if you mean where can you buy the plastic strap that holds your fuel filler cap you have two options. Firstly fyi you can only get the strap with the fuel cap as it isn't a separate part so; Buy brand new from Nissan as I did ~ cost around £27 so not cheap but you do get a nice new part. Buy second hand filler cap & strap from zmanalex or similar ~ will be a used part so the strap may break again sooner than the new one but will be cheaper. If you are lucky you may be able to sort out the exhaust with some persuasive leverage and bending, ..otherwise you may have to live with it or just sell it on and get something half decent which tbh is what I'd do. I've got HFC's (High Flow CAT's) and there aren't any heat shields on those so I'd imagine you will be fine. Doesn't get hot for me in the cabin but when you get out of the car after a long drive you can definitely feel the heat wave. Not a problem though.

I detest that dam American tradition. Really that's one "holiday" period I'd be much happier without. Sure it's good fun with the younger kids, up to 10/11year olds, but any older and it's just an excuse to intimidate people in their homes, set off fireworks in the street & generally smash up the place.
