  1. I get 5 genuine KangerTech 2.5ohm coils for £8 from my local E-Cig shop. Not exactly expensive as they do last a long time I find but as you say the cost does add up. I'm happy to stick with what I've got though currently as my plan is to give up completely soon "ish". If you read back to the start of this thread I started the E-cigs around January/Feb this year and haven't had a cigarette since which was my reason for trying the E-cigs. I've slowly been reducing my nicotine intake ~ started with 12mg E-liquids mainly, then 9/8mg, then 6mg and now I'm using 3mg content E-liquids. Hoping that when I make the swap to 0% nicotine content E-liquids I'll have already reduced my nicotine intake to a low enough level that I'm able to get past the worst withdrawal symptoms & stop altogether. I do really enjoy vaping as I did when I smoked cigarettes but tbh I'd rather not do either if I can now. Prefer spending my money on other things these days. Just got to convince my nicotine receptors of that now.
  2. ^^ Glad you chickened out and went for the silver/shadow chrome colour Stu, ...look's so much better. The other colours just look cheap.
  3. Some info in here about adding cruise control Shades. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82449-chromatics-2008-350z-build-journallog/page__st__20 Chromatic a US member added it to his HR Zed.
  4. Totally agree. That's why I've kept clear of too many external mods as I'd rather concentrate on the performance side of things to make the car faster rather than making the car look faster. Don't think my car looks all that much different from a standard Zed (just got Rotas/Zunsport grille & Invidia exhaust) to most people apart from when I press the loud pedal & disappear into the horizon.
  5. Would make a lovely Christmas present to yourself & the Zed imo.
  6. Wouldn't that be cool though?!, ....I mean because your Zed will be technically a "sleeper car" with the LS3 in side it that won't be noticeable until you press the loud pedal.
  7. Great stuff then. Post some pics when it's all done if you can.
  8. It's a very popular combination which works very well together. Fyi ~ Chris at Tarmac Sportz is where I got my Berks from. Sure you know this but he's a trader on here so give him a PM when you're ready to check best prices & availability. Link: http://www.tarmacspo...9f-94422f204a2b
  9. Perfect opportunity though now Rob to get the one off Lee dipped before you fit it. Contact Aquagraphix on here as I'd bet money on it being less than £50 to have it dipped in any colour/pattern/style you chose & it will look awesome.
  10. I have an Invidia Gemini full exhaust system on my Zed with Berks De-Cats currently and I'll tell you why I chose the Berks over the Invidia De-Cats and why I think you should too imo. Firstly they are both excellent quality s/s De-Cats but the Berks are around £50 cheaper than the Invidia versions so that's a pretty substantial cost difference. Secondly the pipes are both the same size diameter on both Berks & Invidia De-Cats but with one difference, ...with the Berks De-Cats they already have the O2 sensor fix in the form of longer O2 sensor mounting points which in most cases stops the EML from coming on. Also they have an additional set of bungs in place ready for the installation of wideband O2 sensors should you ever wish to install AFR gauges which was a big plus for me being supercharged as it's something I've considered doing for in the future. That's basically it for me. Very happy with the Berks De-Cats, ...sound fantastic and no rasps/drone/knocks or vibrations. Edit: Also I just re-read your post & noticed you wrote "sports cats" ~ do you mean the HFC's then I take it? Doh. Then I'd definitely go with Berks HFC's over the Invidia HFC's for similar reasons to my De-Cats choice. They have the longer O2 sensor mounting point again although I know this doesn't always stop the EML from coming on as mine did come on with them but on some other owners Zeds it hasn't, Berks are slightly cheaper than the Invidia & again same size pipes/CEL Cat flow rate I believe. Was very happy with my Berks HFC's although sold them to move onto the De-Cats for more noise & because I was going FI. Hope that helps with your decision.
  11. GLWTS of the camera but just wanted to say congrats really and hope you both had a great day. Enjoy married life.
  12. The seats don't go as fast though on their own, ...I checked.
  13. Great idea. I'm getting one for in my boxers, two for my arms and another two to mount on my chest. Already cancelled my gym membership now.
  14. If I ever get GTR seats I want them with the GTR as well.
  15. Seen those before in a Zed fyi. Have a look at this thread Scott: http://www.350z-uk.c...hat-fit-a-350z/ Hope you find it inspirational. Cheers for link GM! I had previously PM'd 4re leather about his seats before I got my recaros. But he said youll struggle to wear a helmet where you sit a bit higher... This makes me think ill have similar issues to now.. Back to the drawing board then.
  16. Just to clear up any confusion ~ it is the alarm siren. /thread.
