Maybe 370Ad can confirm but if you read the description of the one I linked it states.. Wondering if the difference is in the centre hole size? I did search on Mishimoto UK using a "Nissan 370Z 2009" as otherwise I wouldn't have put the link up. Sorry if it's wrong. Edit: Pretty sure it must be a difference in the centre oil filter mounting hole.

Very nice alloys. Have to ask though, ..how does a hammer get used fitting alloys?!

I know you're older than me Ricky (I'm 35 guessing you've a good few years on me ) but even so the worlds changed so much since I was younger it just feels so unreal sometimes. Kids nowadays have no idea how good they've got it. I mean you and me both did the same in school I'm sure ~ you got homework, then had to go to the library & get a book, then you did your homework in a paper note book with a pen. Now it's all done via the internet. Definitely a good thing though having access to all that wealth of knowledge & pictures. -
You need the M20 version for the 70 dude. Same price though. http://www.mishimoto...wich-plate.html Good spot. Glad we're both helping him spend his money.

Glad a lot of you find them interesting. Here's the rest from the article. Not quite as interesting I didn't think but still worth a look. Hitlers bunker 1945 (1st photograph taken of it after his death) First ever Walmart 1962 The Beatles Abbey Road 1969 Titanic survivors boarding the RMS Carpathia 1912 Iceberg that Titanic hit 1912 First ever picture of outer space 1946 Google Team 1999 (the beginning) ^^ Bet I'm not alone in wishing I could have invested something in that before it got big. -
Yes genuine Mishimoto parts with XX@mishimoto.com email address. just ordered one it shows the thermostatic plate is that part of the kit? If you bought the one that 370Ad linked then no that is not a thermostatic sandwich plate (the silver one) with the kit. Doesn't matter though as if you want to add the thermostatic sandwich plate you can get them separately from Mishimoto for just over £80/£90. Link: http://www.mishimoto...wich-plate.html Edit: Too slow. 370Ad beat me to a reply. Still link above if it helps.

Cheers guys. Some of the pictures showing landmarks I think are pretty crazy really when you think about how iconic they are today. -
Came across these today in an article I was reading. Pretty interesting so thought I'd share. Disney Land opening day 1955 Golden Gate Bridge under construction 1937 The MGM Lion 1929 Eiffel Tower under construction 1888 A waterless Hoover Dam 1936 Mount Rushmore being carved 1932 Construction of The Statue of Liberty 1884 (Fyi ~ the statue was constructed in Paris so imagine how difficult it must have been getting it to America back in the 1800's) Apollo 16 astronaut Charles Duke leaves photograph of his family on the Moon 1972 Hope you enjoyed them.

Such an interesting read and great pictures. Love your matt black "Bell" helmet too btw, ...much nicer than my "Nitro Racing" helmet. Bit jealous. -
Liked your video Snjur, ....made me chuckle too.

Any pictures guBBy? Great news that you're enjoying your new ride.

Well, the general rule is that its up to the guys who run the track day to make the decision as to what they will let on track, for instance, some days its cool, some days its not and thats just how it is. Each track day organisation will have its own rules on fixing points and cameras. I have the genuine GoPro suction cup too, which I believe is rated up to about 150mph for external use, which is more than enough. For in car footage I use the suction cup, for external use I use a tow hook mount, which is very solid but again, I've been asked to remove it at Brands before now and been allowed to use it on different occasions. I have used the suction cup externally though on a few airfield days and its fine. Basically its down to the dude at the end of the pit lane . Fair enough and I thought that may be the case. When I started doing track days in the late 90's you never had to wear helmets in tin top cars and my passenger (usually a mate of mine) just held the camera which at the time was one of those massive ones with a tape in it about half the size of a VHS. One of my mates camcorders actually was one that did use a VHS to record straight onto. Then health & safety kicked in big time and all of a sudden you had to wear helmets (a good thing really) plus you weren't allowed to hold the cameras free hand anymore. Guess I'll have to wait & see what happens.

Well, the external mic itself only cost about £12 from Amazon, the adapter you HAVE to use, is from GoPro and is a micro USB to 3.5mm audio jack, that was £20. I did try and use a cheap £3 Amazon special but it turns out that you have to use the GoPro one as it has a little resistor in it that actives the microphone override on the camera itself. Cool and thanks for letting me know. I got a GoPro for Christmas from the Mrs so I'm still learning really how to get the best from it. I bought the genuine GoPro suction cup mount for it as I hope to use that for some videos. Do you know if you're allowed to use that setup on track days? Cheers.

Good choice, ...look very nice although I feel you're going to have to become good friends with Autosol in order to keep them looking that good.

Jumping350 Build - Reborn 17/4/2018

Good to see you're still cracking on with your build mate. -
Having just consulted a couple of gay friends of mine they assure me that it is not their idea. They also assure me that they are quite offended by your derogatory use of terminology that describes their own sexual orientation. But 'Big Gay Wing' is ok to say everyday on here? Exactly what I was thinking. Anyway "gay" still means "happy" to some doesn't it.
-
Sounds good Suits. How much was the GoPro external mic then roughly if you don't mind sharing?
-
Very interesting to see those pictures. Definitely makes you think.
-
^^ Look's massive Snjur. Maybe it's the camera angle.

Just call it like it is why don't you. Think I'm too old now at 35 to get what the heck all this "mask" malarkey is about. Must be what the under 30's over 20's think is cool or something? I'm in my 20's and haven't got a clue Well glad it's not just me then, ...don't feel so old now.

That's the thing though about chasing more power, ...once you get it you want more. I know I do.
