  1. If you're a manual driver, hold out for the right one. There's nothing WRONG with an automatic 350z, but I think you might regret not waiting a few months down the line if you actually really want a manual. I know it's tough to hold out, but it will be worth it. The manual box is amazing IMO
  2. It could be many things, I'm thinking a respray in less than optimum conditions, maybe outside on a humid day, a lacquer repair or something. Ricey or Wasso should be able to point you in the right direction I know that Steve from Redline Styling had a paint specialist have a look at some issues with his cars paintworka while ago, maybe someone can analyse what it is for you, it could be expensive though
  3. Hopefully someone like Ricey or Wasso will come along, they know a lot about paint

Maybe we need to organise a Z club day there, so you can do some back to back tests with multiple vehicles
  5. Garageband is really easy to use, I normally hook my boss pedal up but you don't really need to. You can just plug in, choose what amp you want ie fender, marshall, blackstar and soo on. Choose what pedal effects you want and then you can fiddle about with them till you get a decent sound. The general layout and workings are really simple and easy to pick up. My previous band just recently split up but do stand ins every now and then just until I find another band. The things I play vary massively. On the electric I tend to blast out a lot of metal, Killswitch engage, Avenged sevenfold, rise to remain and the like. Equally I play a lot of acoustic things from either Tommy Emmanuel or Andy Mckee. What about you? Im liking this thread! I am a keen drummer been playing for about 18 years and the guitar for about 6! I can see it now. Neil p on the keys, chris on guitar, me on drums...... just need a basist now. lol I'm learning... Rubbish, but learning

Tyres are falkens and have 5 to 6mm tread should be fine then, so that's one thing to knock off the list

I hate to be the guy to ask this... But what tyres do you have on? And is the disused aerodrome clean? Dust/stones/moss/dirt/debris on the surface could make the car feel like it's floating at that speed. If the tyres are in bad condition, low tread, cheap brand, they wouldn't like going 130 for long.
  8. Too many people think having a car is a right not a privilege. The problem is the cost of public transport, it's too cheap to run a car in comparison.
  9. Agree with that, I'd rather the Hennessey Venom, faster and looks crazy. The Veyron is just a big beetle The Pagani Huayra is gorgeous though
  10. someone please do it, it's the best spoiler for the Z no doubt!
  11. FYI dude, you're on the status error instagram page today 161 likes
  12. When my t'other half had an issue with her iPhone 5 about a year ago. Apple took hers off her in store, did some diagnostics and then gave her a new one with no issues. She even got a free coffee whilst waiting That was the Kingston one, which I think would be closest to you. The only issue is, you need to have an appointment with them.
  13. The Pagani's and Lambo's just make the Veyron look so dated now, I know it's a 10 year old car, so it's not going to look brand new, but still
  14. I've heard that Michelins turn you into a less fun person Then they make you buy a Porsche, which leads down a really slippery slope
  15. In fairness, the M25 is in a near constant state of road widening, which actually means it's in a constant state of roadworks, narrow lanes and average speed cameras... oh wait...
  16. Love the sound of the telecaster, it's all about the twang for me. Bit of a country fan
  17. Willtheyfit.com should help you with the percentages. Put the standard sizes in, and then work out the change needed for two of the tyres using the same method. Put the tyres up online, I'm sure Stevo and or bizz would be up for some half decent tyres at decent money
  18. They're a good deal more noisy and they are quite raspy if you only decat it. It's not necessarily a bad thing, more of a different tastes thing
  19. Love the colour, plenum and battery covers in high gloss would finish it off nicely IMO obviously

Company probably gets the bill, and he get's his P45
  21. That is really jammy, most strats and teles do look the same to the un-trained eye whether they're £400 new or £3000 new. Did he punt it or did he keep it? Kept it, paid about £80 for new strings and a proper service (is that the word? ) He's a bit of a collector, and amazing at playing too. He has a Gibson, not sure what it is though, this is a picture of it: www.instagram.com/p/rSNZRbt0AI He has 2 or 3 others too
  22. That's bad, well done for noticing and speaking up. In a first instance I'd try Crimestoppers, and HMRC (see if they're registered for self employment, HMRC love this type of thing), I'd also try and find out where the "full service history" came from and notify Nissan, as they've obviously had help to forge it. I'd then post a link here, and on the various 350z facebook pages.
