  1. The only difference I noticed was in steering and quick direction change. I would be very surprised if your bum dyno was that sensitive to have noticed any acceleration changes, it would be fractional at best.
  2. Yes really looking forward to going to Hdev
  3. Moral of the story, first central were basically just trying to have your pants down.
  4. Not sure where you got aam from? Going to Hdev.
  5. Will take some advise on the day and get back to you
  6. Weighing up exhaust diametres with regard to flow there isnt much in it, just the possible restriction of a single back box with the Fujitsubo.
  7. I have not tried the Fujitsubo yet so no heard it in the flesh which is a shame. I am guessing it would be a touch quieter.
  8. Off for mapping on Thursday and have a couple of exhaust options. I have a HKS true dual, 60mm pipework, this isnt the traditional HKS exhaust, is more like an Invidia Gemini style, same as here: https://conceptzperf...on.php?II=11164 or a Fujitsubo legalis Question for me being conscious of flow, do you think there would be a noticeable difference between the 2?
  9. Now you have taken it out your pretty much stuck with them for the year, if you cancel now they usually have some ridiculously low % you would actually get back. Make sure you mention the Nismo bodykit on the policy, would be an easy way for them to worm out of a claim.
  10. Ings lx sport, a guy in belgium sells them, avb sports, but he didnt fill me with confidence.
  11. I followed one the other day who was incapable of passing a parked car unless they could go fully on the other side of the road, that was an interesting and slow few miles.
  12. Or turning a corner without coming to a near stop.
  13. I have spoken to a chap called Tom and dopping in on Thursday after my mapping session to get a db test, will let you know the results.
  14. Me no understand post ^ I think it means, cyclists came first and are non polluting. If I am right, I wasnt aware the road transport network was designed for cyclists
  15. I have literally no idea why anyone would want to get their protective lycra on and ride anywhere near a road with 1.5 half tonnes and more of metal flying past them, hell, sometimes the roads scare the sh*t out of me and i am in the relative safety of a metal cage with air bags and seat belts. Perhaps thats the answer, they are "not right" in the first place
  16. Looks like a surgeon has just marked it up to know where to cut. It takes all sorts I guess.

    Mixing Tyres

Try tyreleader or oponeo, they are usually the cheapest for tyres.
  18. I cycle every Wednesday evening, with one big difference, i get off road as soon as i can However, when on the road getting to off road, i have never have any issues with cars or them me, if i can get out their way i do. But, i usually take my bike via my van to a set meeting point and regularly have encounters with the road cyclists on route, we have cycle lanes and i must have had half an inch of mirror in said lane and had 3 very angry lycra warriors make comment and then proceeded to watch them ride on down the road gesturing and commenting to pretty much every driver they were undertaking, pretty sure thats illegal as it happens The best part was, i knew they would be going to the same start destination as me So when i got there, now on my bike (which confused them no end), i had to take the opportunity to have a little chat and ask them what their issue was, a fellow cyclist challenging them on their attitude, they didnt like that As Stevo mentions, the problems are Strava and wanting to maintain the average and get the illusive 20 to 21 mph, nothing else, nothing more. They are unaccountable for their actions and they know it, i bet they dont behave like that in their cars, so why bikes, because they know they can
  19. A good tip for drilling fiberglass is run the drill in reverse briefly, it gentley scores the hole and stops splintering, cracking and gives the drill bit a good guide.
  20. Eagle F1 are a great tyre, always rated them
  21. Looks are subjective and agree with Ekona, I think the E46 is one of the better looking M3's, its very distinguishable from the standard 3 series too, not as good as a 350, but of course I would say that. As numbers on the road fall, I think I will enjoy it more when I do see one. However good the e90 maybe, I just think its very bland for an m sport car and the new crop is growing on me.
  22. The e46 is only 4 seconds quicker round the ring than the 350z, same driver, std cars, if you give any merit to recorded times.
  23. Apparently one of the drivers is now deaf (sorry his name escapes me), believed to be attributed to his time in the car
