Difficult choice, although different on both looks and sound, they are both great, guessing performance/driving there isnt much in it. Possibly Masserati as from a personal point of view its the best front end out there. Centres are sprayed House of Kolor Cocoa Pearl and lips are a Nissan black with fine gold metallic (skyline colour). Rears fit with just a arch roll, fronts need 25mm spacers to clear the Brembos and arch needs a roll and very slight pull. Front left as a little kerb but this is being taken care of as we speak. £2000 with tyres and 25mm spacers. Hopefully you will know how much it would cost to get these wheels and refurb so no silly offers.

Think each track is different as well pending on their db metre, i remember Andy James saying he was 92db or lower at Combe then mentioned he was 96db at Goodwood.

Whilst i have no personal experience of Cobra i would say with oem cats you will be safe, with hfc's and hks exhaust i was 94db (possibly under) @ combe.

You may be have to patient if you want a 2nd hand TDX, same as the elusive Nismo. Apart from overly loud (because i am old) i think most 350z exhaust sound good, dont think you could go far wrong with any of the popular brands, Invidia, Milltek, Cobra, Fujitsubo, Scorpion etc etc

Cat c can be a problem to sell on but he has put alot of money into it. I spoke to him after i bought mine and it was a slow round about collision i beleive The damage Is immaterial and its well documented it doesnt take much to effectively write of a zed or any other car of this age, but it is still on the register and people will always be wary of this, so the price has to reflect that. Whilst it is great spec and would cost a lot more to get to that stage, it doesnt add to the overall price and after recently selling a zed with mods, you would have to pretty lucky to find someone who wants that exact spec.
