I hope no one else caught the tv eu thing last night, it was embarrassing from both leave and stay to be honest. I actually believe the politicians dont have a clue about whether its a good or bad thing, none of them had anything really relevant to say or answered any questions with authority. As for Alex Salmond now wanting the UK stay vote when he didnt even want to part of the UK.....typical Scot, on the firm when it suits then and the next minute they are all misty eyed and independent.

Where did I say it was a myth? I said it was scaremongering because somewhere, someone has read about a cracked disc. I have read people have bottom end failures on 350z, should I sell mine becuase they blow up?

Got a couple of track days coming up if you want a shake down mate. -
Never doubting his success and popularity, the question was, will he attract new viewers to a entertainment show about cars and on the flip side, keep enough of the old faithful to balance it out.
-
There was a definite patch where it did get tiresome i agree, but in essence they were victims of their own success, its why people tuned in, to watch three idiots doing stupid things with cars and how do you keep that going series after series without getting a little repetitive. The last two series actually got back to seemingly being less staged and they had some pretty funny features and some good stuff on varying cars. The characters they adopted wouldnt have worked on their own, but they worked together, be dull as you like if you had three guys who all liked the same thing, could you imagine three Ekonas or three Jetpilots on a show, everyone has a character like on here and i for one would say we are all pretty predictable will our responses and mannerisms. I also find CE an interesting choice, i feel he is likely to put more people off the show than on, i cant see anyone who likes CE is going to think, well i will watch car show now because he is presenting.

Might suit you Nothing to do with me by the way, just noticed it could go cheap. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-350Z-Z33-03-05-3-5L-V6-COUPE-STAINLESS-STEEL-Y-BACK-RACE-EXHAUST-SYSTEM-/131825652539?hash=item1eb16bd33b:g:9UwAAOSwSWJXRGzb

I dont believe it was the format that worked that well, it was the presenters. The problem is that the BBC bought the TopGear rights at a silly figure and now the key presenters have moved on. But hey ho, thats just my opinion I think it was a combination. I wont complain about watching exotica having the t*ts thrashed off it though so seeing as it looks like the format is staying the same, i will be watching, as for the new presenters, if they can gel like the old trio all the better.

You mean like the 480 odd laws we objected to but still had to agree to doesnt seem like much of an influence to me. So in essence, if being out of the Eu makes zero difference to being in the EU, we might as well be out and not paying vast sums of money to them?
-
The only reason we are being given this vote is because Dave realised he had to offer it to stay in government imho, right or wrong I actually think the voting public should be given a better say on major decisions. Your right that we cant be trusted but no more than the politicians, as you say, who do you believe when it comes to such things, I.e weapons of mass destruction and Iraq. Its all smoke and mirrors, but if for example Ekona & Codel want to stay, i have faith they believe their decision right for whatever their reasons and if they end up being in the majority, I have no problem, but, we now have a choice and I wouldnt want to miss the chance to vote.

Good theory, so who decides who is on the committee? This is one of the main complaints about the EU, we have european mp's, unelected by us, deciding on our fate, isnt that the same as a unelected committee anyway? Anyone who pays tax (controversial i know) has a right to a vote imho, it doesnt matter if he or she are barking mad, if they are contributing to the country coffers, why shouldnt they have an opinion?

Exactly this. The Grand Tour will be for the fuddy-duddies who just want to watch the same regurgitated stuff they've been watching whilst sat in their pipe and slippers for the last ten years; and the new Top Gear will be for the cool kids who are bang on trend and want their shows to be fun, exciting and fresh! So on the new trailer, what looks "exiting and fresh" Lots of tyre smoking, jet planes, race tracks, stig, cars with a guns on the roof, matt lb in a reliant robin painted in stars and stripes on a tow truck....... I think you may be a bit disappointed, seems pretty regurgitated to me looks no more than a fresh wrapper but the same inside.

^^^ the price of a plastic headlight and 12v fan motor are two things to throw into the bizarre pricing category.

Std shocks go pretty cheap and a set of springs (eibachs or teins etc) can be bought 2nd hand for £130 ish quid, say £200 all in and you will easily return that (probably more) on the D2's from someone who wants low or track work. Or if you want something with more adjustment there is a set of BC's in the for sale adds for £400.

Performance gains are marginal at best, i woudlnt give that any thought. If you want loud get rid of the cats, but will not pass mot, two small back boxes will be your loudest option to maintain dual tips.

Nothing wrong with decent quality drilled discs, what drilled discs did you have that cracked?

Never quite got to grips with the looks, on occasion i think they look good and then another angle comes to view and think not, but an Amuse kit totally transforms it. For balance though, a Nismo will hold its value better imho, all depends what floats your boat, driving a stock car or putting your own touches to one.

Cheers dude, and I 100% will regret selling this Still had lots more plans. However I kinda want a house Meant with the greatest of respect because i know you have put a lot of work into it, well wheel fitment anyway , but its just metal and no reason why you wouldnt be able to get another when the dust settles.
-
http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79656-all-encompassing-wheel-size-offset-thread/ The above will give you plenty of help with wheel, offset and tyre size. If your at the max on the coilovers why not just get some lowering springs that suit the height you want, eibach or tein for example (both giving different drop heights) and sell on the coilovers,by far and away the cheapest and easiest option.

I am with you You cant argue opinion and if you like it thats all the matters but you say yourself, "some" members, which i would put my right nut on being most members, think its god awful, much the same as the havoc and gtr which is why i mentioned it in context, you never going to see why its disliked if you think it looks good. It was the same on the Rx7 forum when it came to Veilside kits, i wouldnt even say a majority, it was pretty much universally disliked and to be honest i dont think its any different on here, cant be coincidence its known as Failside, its just too fast and furious wanna be, at least the Havoc is different and the gtr, well imho the less said the better. None of the above is meant as criticism, its good we all like different stuff.

Sorry I dont really understand what you mean, what do you mean they are attracting more viewers?
-
I agree, that is what I was trying to saying, if you want to kill someone, you dont need a gun, just having one makes it easier and if you really want one, illegally here or in the states they are easily found, no different to drugs which are illegal in both and I think they should be made legal too and let the goverments make money not drug dealers and cartels.
-
A school friend moved to the states many years ago and when he visits here he says he feels naked without a sidearm. I wonder how many guns used in crimes are legally or illegally owned in the states. I personally dont think it makes any diference, if I tried hard enough I bet I could get a gun within 24 hours, if I wanted to shoot someone, I reckon I could wait that long.
