If it helps, I've I moved from a 4 to a 4s as soon as the 4s was released, and my contract ended 2 months ago, gone to a sim only deal now (£16 a month WOOO! ) 5s was just to meh for my liking, hated the materials used to make it. Just wait and see what the 6 has in store for us.

You can change your title by going edit, then click advanced settings/options ( I think) at the bottom next to the save button. -
