Two of my colleagues had Leafs (Leaves?) through thier Limited companies, both leased, both as the BIK was nil and the costs were peanuts for commuting, shopping and dropping kids at school. They both rated the Leaf in terms of drive and place to be and the pre-heating app etc. One of them is just a person who wanted a cheap car, the other is reformed biker, owner of a Eunos and into his motors. He's just got a new one, the other went back to ICE as his commute went from 10 miles to 120. Go for a spin in one, I think they even do a two day test drive.

You do, there are European elections you can vote in. This idea that unelected beaurocats pass policy is one of the great myths. The commission write policy, but elected people vote on it.

Read an article the other day about the amount of power the Facebook app draws from your iPhone/iPad. The nub of it was that the app can be rather busy in the background and this in turn can impact battery life. Without going into full detail of the jobs it is running in the background (some you can turn off like location, some you can't like clipboard scanning, photo scanning, etc) they did a vaguely scientific test over a week where they used Facebook via Safari instead of the app. They found batteries were on average 15% healthier if the app was not used. That's quite a chunk. Obviously this will vary by how heavily you use Facebook but if you're struggling with battery life suggest: - double tapping the home key - swiping the Facebook app away - use Facebook via Safari for a few days - see if there's a difference to you There's no need to delete the app, IMO, just make sure you've properly closed it, not just pushed it to the background. I've been doing it for 3 days now and reckon there's about 10% in it and I can't say Facebook in Safari is particularly harder to use than the app itself. I am now slightly curious as to what's it doing in the background that isn't configurable to drain so much juice... I see what you mean but, it's a YES or NO rather than a one of many, so the result won't be as nuanced as say the General Election. Also as England is by far and away the most populous, I'm making a (possibly flawed) working assumption that the overall UK vote result won't be different to whatever result of an England based vote would be (in a hypothetical country by country vote).

Sub question. Should the people of the U.K. vote to leave, would the SNP be in a position to (and rightly so in my mind) demand a new independence referendum? And not just the Scots, there's the Welsh and Northern Irish assemblies who might feel they're better off as a part of Europe than they are a part of the U.K.

Good god, that's ridiculous. THREE! Totally understand why you'd want to do something. Maybe a separate rear cam on the rear window? Rather than a dual cam up front.

Given where it's mounted, I can't imagine it's too different to what you see in your rear view mirror. You'd have to be careful getting the exposure right, or you could end up with a bright shot of your boot and no view out the back.
