When I had mine done, the switches (specifically the CC) didn't work from another DE used wheel (my original wheel was a DE too). I ended up going back to the switches from my existing wheel, on the re-trimmed wheel. Which was fine, just a faff as I didn't find out until I came to use the cruise! If it was me, I'd fit the DE wheel now and send off your HR wheel for re-trim and live without the switches and airbag for a short while, as you know that wheel will work when you come to put it back in. I know this seems to be over the top, and it might have just been the wheel I bought, and I'm sure not having an airbag for a while might up some, but it's all just IMO.

In football the agent is working on behalf of the employee. I'm a contractor and I work through an agency, so they get a slice of what the company pays for me.
