  1. Welcome, great find. Had an Ark Dual Grip on my 350z and 370z MK 2 Nismo. Great, great looking and sounding exhaust for the car. Enjoy the journey (again).
  2. I bet he got some good money for that. Increasing in value all the time..
  3. Nice but for £300 you can get the full Nismo ones or others cheaper than that. They do look good but its price heavy IMHO.
  4. Names list will go up in April next year for folk to add their details. Good to see so much interest in advance again for this annual get together.
  5. Ok, so little update on the project. Just refitted the re chromed bumpers and have had a rethink on the finished look I want on the car. Decided to keep the rear bumper but remove the front, mesh the openings a run with a front chin. Photo of the rear bumper back on and the planned new front look. All thoughts and opinions welcome.
  6. Welcome. If Carlsberg made car forums this would probably be the best car forum in the world. Full of great people and great advice and experience. Comes with a health warning on your bank balance though. Hold on tight and enjoy the journey. PS
  7. Welcome from Sunny Sussex. Enjoy the journey.
  8. my theory is they are just bling which is why I added them to my 350z bay,
  9. Used Google images for my 350z a number of years ago. There are plenty of US sellers too that will show you a photo of the kit installed.
  10. Good work Andy and another step forward and closer. Looking forward to seeing it Sunday.
  11. Looks good mate. Enjoy your holiday this weekend.

They sent it to the wrong address. Its for me for all the calls and texts we have had to discuss your Nismo.
  13. Guys the event is on but I dropped a massive ball yesterday not realising it was the same day as a classic car show my car is already entered in so I cannot do Brands. Feel free to organise directly. Many apologies. Martin
  14. great car for someone. That wont hang around for long. It will get snapped up on car and classic if you cant sell on here. GLWTS.
  15. Guys. Can I have a heads up on the level of interest for the below event. If there is a sufficient response this week I will go ahead and book a club stand and publish details. Suggest we get a minimum of ten to justify my efforts to organise. Looks good to me. http://gojapan.co.uk/ Martin
  16. I really don't think Nissan are sharp enough to notice a mod like this. I would be impressed if they did.
  17. Have you done the GTR RED starter button mod. (Photo below is the stock) Changing my gear knob and the starter button swap were the first two things I did on mine.
  18. I was pre warned the latest job may look a small one but is a pig to do. In my defiant mood I took it on. Removed the front cowl, took out the wiper motor which involved disconnecting all the linkage. Thank goodness for mobile phone cameras to take photos of what goes where for the refit. 50 years of being in situ for the parts was a challenge to remove and refit, Anyway after a good polish on the wheel, paint and a few new bolts she went back together this evening. Before and after photos below.
  19. looking forward to see this in a couple of weeks when we meet up. Great project and awesome use of knowledge and skills. Full marks for taking this on.
