  1. They are welcome to come over and get passed my 50kg German Shepherd and hungry Husky if they want my Zed
  2. Well hopefully they already charged him for the Dual mass HR and just sent the wrong bits, and he'll get new shiny ones for no extra charge soon
  3. Small box = big noise, everyone knows that
  4. The whole kit is just a bunch of stickers, I've seen similar kits fitted to other cars. They never fit correctly and parts which are attached to curved surfaces will eventually pop up and possibly off. Much better buying some carbon fibre wrap for £50 and doing that instead.
  5. My mother-in-law doesn't even know my name
  6. Payment for stubby and net sent. When's part 2 coming?
  7. Camskills have a nice offer on 452's at the moment, £99.95 for anyone who may need some new fronts soon. http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?show=6215 Over £100 cheaper than Blackcircles for a full set delivered to the mainland. Delivery is only £12 extra for those of us in N. Ireland
  8. Harsh, but necessary with the 'cheese eating surrender monkeys'. Apologies to any nice french people on here , Oh hang on thety are French, how can they be nice? Although my brother lives over there and his friend offered 20000 Euros for my Zed, which proves they are daft too And you still own the Zed why? Tell him he can have mine for 19,995
  9. Looks like a base model import, check to see if it has uprated brakes to the Brembo's because I can see what looks like the brembo coloured caliper, but could have been just painted. Also keep in mind that it looks like this car has been tracked pretty hard going by the 4 point harnesses...
  10. Apart from the whole 3/4 door thing, they're actually a nice car. It's ass looks great.
  11. Sure that's only 140 mile round trip, about 5 gallons, £35 should cover it. I'm sure Hannah would be more than willing to steal the keys of her landlords R8 for you to have a spin in as payment
  12. I may try this company too, Peter, as it's not all that far away from me and if they're using the same gear as you and are half as skilled as you are, they may be my ticket to having nice slick bolsters again
  13. Did they tell you exactly why it's the wrong clutch?
  14. If you're in the trade you must be pretty handy with a few tools, just chop the tails pipes off and weld some ones you like on?
  15. "Effortlessly" huh
  16. Have you tried the keys in the doors? I now it sounds stupid, but my keys have never been near the doors due to the keyless entry. It's possible that someone broke a key in the old glovebox trying to unlock it so got a new one fitted.

    Belly Pan needed!

I assume that flap lines up with the oil filter and drain plug? And what is the other circular hole for?
  18. The exhaust is broken, probably at the back box mid pipe connection.
  19. I have a bit around the arial base, can't really notice it so doesn't really bother me. If it was on the bumper like yours however, i'd be looking at getting it resprayed for longevity.
  20. And take the BMW centre caps off
  21. A very well written mature reply with more than enough information on the situation
  22. Get your money back unless he can source a facelift engine with equal or lower mileage than the one that just blew up.
  23. Wrap them in cling film and stick the address on each wheel, then arrange a pick up time that suits you, 10 minute job

    Helmet wanted

Exactly, Arai is a bit too tight on me, but AVG is perfect. With helmets you get what you pay for, no point buying a cheap one at £100 if it isn't worth squat when you actually need it. Around £300 is where you get the best bang for buck.
  25. In regards to the washers, whoever is fitting them should be able to cut out a small square to fit your existing ones on the new bumper.
