  1. Any bigger than 245 on an 8" wide rim and it'd look a bit bulging in my opinion.
  2. KyleR

    Camber

-3 will be fine, -2.08 is the "max" I think but running -1 more won't make that much of a difference. If you have the arches rolled -2 is probably possible as the wheel doesn't simply travel up and down, it tucks in.
  3. Different people have different priorities for spending their money. I'm sure Commander lives in a beautiful house and takes proper holidays, not just a week in Spain and horses cost a bloody fortune to keep. However, if me and my other half made £100 between us, i'd 100% have a second hand GTR35 in a heartbeat and i'd still have money left over for proper holidays and modding But, probably wouldn't have quite as nice a house and certainly no horses
  4. Assuming you mean you had Tein coil overs?
  5. I sat in the VXR at a show when they first came out. They are really nice cars, i'd certainly have one in a heartbeat…. Then sell it and drop a LSA motor in the Zed
  6. I paid £200 a month for my first year in the Zed, just under £100 for the second year and I'm getting quoted around £50 per month for the 3rd year coming. This is all with Admiral who are on GoCompare or of course you can go through their own site. I find sometimes companies can't quote you through the comparison websites but will on the phone or their own site. Give that a go
  7. They're 5/16 of an inch and will fit your brace just fine because it comes with washers for the strut. PM Wasso and he'll give you the run down and sell you one of his
  8. if only it worked like that Since I bought the zed my insurance has dropped by £150 a month (I know) and I've stopped smoking saving me £100 a month, but I have ZERO extra money
  9. It's not new, it's been around for years. You can either pay the final payment, hand it back it back and walk away, or what a lot of people do, use the difference in car value vs final payment to put a deposit on a new car with the same dealer. This is why you see people with a new car every 3 years, but it's always the same manufacturer. Yes it's pretty much renting a car, but some like having a new car all the time and this is probably the best way to achieve that, unless your loaded.
  10. For cruising about it's not going to make much odds. Give CS or Clarks Motorsports a shout, they'll see you right
  11. I needs to run through the intercooler, so space tends to dictate where things go.
  12. £75 for the white, £85 for the orange
  13. It's a big heavy, long, bonnet so it will need a little help to get it up. *insert viagra joke here* I was just wondering incase mine are broken. The other halfs bonnet opens itself. I'm gonna put it down to cold weather I think because it only holds the bonnet, can't move it. Still look awesome though with my orange bay I did t realise there'd be different coloured stickers, if I got blue I'd be fuming and taken them off
  14. Got mine on today. What does everyone else's operate like? Pop the hood and give it a wee push and they do the rest? Or do you have to lift it the whole way up?
  15. Thats incredible! 30% smaller, lighter, more powerful etc whilst up to 50% less emissions. Hopefully he's right and it'll be out in the next 3 years or so. This tech should also enable Nissan to keep the V6 in Zed cars whilst still hitting green targets etc *cough cough* V10 Zed *cough cough*
  16. Noisey clutch? Just a though as it's quite common for new owners to come on here panicking about it.
  17. Nothing wrong with warning people This should be fine anyway, just pay on collection, jobs a biscuit, or something like that...
  18. You're not the first to mention this, however, I bought a throttle controller off him before Xmas and it arrived fine. He did charge for special delivery and send it second class, but I sent an angry email straight away and he refunded the difference.
  19. All I'm going to say is I wouldn't be leaving my country to love in another and work in a restaurant or hotel on minimum wage, under any conditions.
  20. I'm pretty sure Tarmac can get you them
  21. Keep us posted on the Dyno gains after the spacer is fitted
  22. If brides weren't so fugly I'd be all over them too
  23. B pillars are a joke! I'm getting the B pillars and mirrors custom done by a local company for £190. Perfect fit because they'll be skinned rather than a cap or cover. I could talk to them about a group buy if people are willing to post me their bits?
