  1. Depends what voltage your battery runs at.
  2. I think it's more to do with more grip on the rear and the cars traction control system is set up for larger rears so it can lead to problems having a square set up. What size are your rears?
  3. Is the noise on start up not the throttle body rather than the pump?
  4. Would it cost less with Irish post office to post to NI rather than the mainland?
  5. KyleR

    Would these work?

The lower the offset the further away the spokes sit from the hub, but ultimately it depends on the design of the rim.
  6. KyleR

    Would these work?

They'll fit fine on standard springs, may need front arches rolled on eibach springs though.
  7. Is it just my wonky eyes or dies the S look a little bigger or higher?
  8. Got an hour to try improve my time today. Tsukuba- 1:02.452 Tokyo: 1.58.219
  9. The same way Vettle was 1 second a lap faster than Webber every race?
  10. Unfortunately it is the older generation who tend to fall for these things by trusting people too much and not being as internet savvy as the younger generations. Just read the papers about anyone who gets screwed over by these kind of things, internet based or otherwise, always older people, usually women.
  11. The offset you go for ultimately depends on the width of the rim and tyre that you're going to fit. Most fit 9-9.5" front and 10-10.5" rears with an offset of +20, this with 245 front and 275 rear tyres is perfect fitment and you'll only need the rear arches rolled if you have it lowered around 30mm.
  12. Thats some list of to-do's You have the HR motor, though, so it's good for 500 bhp without upgrading the internals. Good news
  13. Looks very American with those on. You know what I mean The rims are nice, but not for the Zed IMO.
  14. You'll probably need a breaker bar to get the bolts from the cats. This will be impossible to use on jack stands, so you're going to need about 10 feet of extension bars to reach out the back. Other option is to find a garage that will let you use their ramp for a few bucks.
  15. Better tyres just make it easier for everyone thinking if doing an American muscle theme next, that'll certainly need better tyres!
  16. protank is pretty good, i got one but i dunno if its the liquid or the wicks, im having to topup twice a day lol. or maybe i just use it too much? either way, tastes good Top up twice a day? As in using a full 1.5ml twice? It'll be the coil, most likely a 1.8 ohm, buy some 2.2 or 2.4 ohm units, they'll last longer and not burn as much liquid.
  17. I think you start by removing the gear surround then you have to remove the whole centre console to get it out.
  18. Mine was screwed on but couldn't get it off because the screws were FUBAR.
  19. Have you done a video of your with HFC's yet? I have them in the house waiting to be fitted, but i'd like a sneak preview
  20. Ahhh, the air defector thingy, gotcha Are you after one because yours is a bit tatty? You can't really see them, so best to just remove it and sand it a little IMO.
  21. Updated. Hopefully I'll get a chance to get some better times after the weekend.
  22. Go the Invidia, it's becoming a bit of a favourite over here, even at 50-60% more cost due to shipping and customs. As for your rant. That happens here too and it's really up to the seller, especially with a large item like an exhaust. I've lost out on things because someone has PM'd just after I wrote on the thread I wanted it etc. No big deal, no loss to me really. I think a lot of people prefer pick ups to save them the hassle of having to pack things up and then there's the risk of stuff getting damaged, so tend to sell to the first person who is nearby.
