  1. Its not being held up off the line its on the B roads after that. Other than driving like a tool the Biker and Evo did exactly the same thing. Got in the wrong lane to take the exit they wanted. The Biker clearly saw the Evo and changed lanes, unless its a massive coincidence he looked over at exactly the right time... I regularly move out of the way for Bikers on motorways and when there is loads of traffic. But them coming to the front of the queue and putting there bike straight in front of my car with a couple of inches gap does annoy me. It might be legal but it isn't safe for anyone!
  2. The Evo was always planning on going left as he saw what he was up against (Lorry/less powerful car) and decided to get in the wrong lane to beat them off. Lets be honest 50% of us here have done it. The Biker clearly looks right when he saw the Evo and changed lanes to get in front of him. I hate it when Bikers do this as half of the time I am sat behind them through the twisties and cant overtake due to their straight line speed. I have no idea how the Evo crashed as the corner wasnt even that tight and he cant have been driving that fast. My conclusion is that Dan is right, both are idiots are they were both in the wrong lane but the Evo driver being the biggest idiot.
  3. My verdict on exhaust setups is that you need to think about the whole picture before you even start. For example there is no point in buying a very loud backbox and then fitting decats to find out you can't live with it. True dual, is it needed if not going forced induction? Of course budget is a big thing here too with cat backs ranging from £400 to £2k there is a lot to think about.
  4. Remember you will need a full wheel alignment once you swap everything over. Also the stock suspension makes the car move about a bit at high speed, so really depends on what you want from the car but I would definitely think about it.
  5. I am registered with 1st Tickets for Houx and then Epinettes as second choice. Tickets are usually released in November.
  6. https://keepa.com/#!product/2-B00DOPIGBS Bargain
  7. Jealous. Will make sure my Aylesbury trip is next Wednesday then so I can casually mingle in
  8. If you really think its a dead sensor just swap them around and see if bank 1 changes to bank 2 or vice versa
  9. it will be fine and you can reset them as above as well
  10. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79371-p0138p0158-error-code-rear-02-sensor-bank-1-and-2/page__hl__p0138 Sounds like a problem I had on my 50. These codes are not normally turned off during an UpRev and are related to an electric fault. Can be sorted with hardware or software if you have an UpRev.
  11. HR clutch/flywheel is big money. I think OEM is 1300 from Clarks. Mileage really is hard to judge, 40-120k I have seen before.
  12. Spotted yesterday when returning from holiday!
  13. To play devils advocate to the rest, you could always get a cheaper 09/59 model and use the money saved to buy a decent aftermarket double din. If you choose the right one they can be far superior to the connect premium
  14. £250 saving a year? Surely you can make that saving elsewhere.
  15. That exhaust looks crazy. Look forward to hearing it a PHSS!
  16. Airlines will look after their own emissions, they are major companies and therefore have green targets to hit, plus the better their emissions, the less fuel they use and therefore the more money they make. They didn't create the A380 for nothing, twice the passengers, without using twice the fuel. Slightly off topic but I have no idea how airlines make any money. $400 million for a standard spec A380
  17. I have never ran a Nissan filter on mine, just seems expensive for the OEMness. K&N or Bosch for me, or even Mobil 1 if I can get my dad to ship me one from the states.
  18. Anything fully synthetic/branded at 5W 30 is fine. I imagine you will get a lot of peoples opinions on this topic but in all honesty its down to personal preference. 4.9 litres is the exact amount I believe but I always put in 5 too
  19. Massively excited for this (apart from the spacers). Great write up as always
  20. But not from us if the Z stays below 40k
  21. Drive it more then I do 15-20k a year so well worth it haha
  22. The newer cars are newer ( ), so therefore in theory will have less miles and go wrong less. Swings and roundabouts
  23. I understand. You will have definitely dropped down the pub bragging rights table with the measly power output now
  24. Are you sad you have been robbed of 5bhp?!
