  1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tudor-Black-Bay-Blue-Watch-complete-/271947165361?hash=item3f51506eb1 This one sold on eBay for just over £1500. So gives you a rough idea of what you would get on there. eBay will take 10% though
  2. I hate the old GTR wheels they make the car look very phat and heavy. Good shout in shopping for 14+ wheels.
  3. Why Because I want need one
  4. I wish people would stop buying MK2 Nismo's
  5. Some very good advice in that. Often find there's a bit of a negative stigma with regards to credit cards, but when used properly, I've never had any sort of problems and don't pay interest. Use them whilst online shopping too. If you do get frauded, at least it isn't your current account getting emptied and your mortgage bouncing! Agreed. I literally put everything on a credit card, so that's a holiday to a Ribena down Co Op With my BA AMEX one I have just got a 241 plane ticket which has saved me £1200 on next years holiday. I don't pay a thing for the card so why not use it everywhere its accepted.

    My 911

What are the running costs of a 997 like compared to the Z? I would go for the MK2 so I didn't have to worry about IMS issues. I do 15k+ a year so this is something I need to take into account. I just priced up brakes all round and they are actually a similar price to the 70.

  8. Hmmm.....starting to suspect you've changed your hours just so you can bump into me Week by week we'll cross paths a bit closer to that pub car park, I know your type lol Seriously Ad, you're the only one that acknowledges me these days and you're bound by pre-owner duties! Keep meeting other zeds face to face in traffic and they just blank me Haha you have found me out. Need to change my plan I work in Aylesbury on a Thursday so come back via pangbourne for a nice drive!
  9. You get a weekly wave from me these days!
  10. i think 330 Mile range is more than acceptable its the charging time even 30 minutes from tesla super charger is to much My view is that a person that can afford a 90k car is probably doing quite well for themselves. So say they are a sales account manager at an IT firm. They need to drive to a customer site for a business meeting, if they live in Berkshire they cannot drive further North than Nottingham if they want to come back the same day. i get what your saying but, what do you do when your 370z runs out of fuel, you refill it so what do you do when your electric car runs out of fuel you re fill it. The issue is re charge times i mean i might be wrong but im sure sales account manager at an IT firm is allowed to refill his car on a trip or half way to see a customer untill that car can be recharged in 10 minutes or less and all service stations on the road network it wont be mainstream but as in other threads the technology is coming True. Works both ways I suppose, longer range would sort the problem and a quicker charge would too
  11. The cheapest £50K version is RWD with 315bhp, 5.5 second to 60, so hardly 'slow'. It comes with 12 point memory seats, free for life autoupdate via built in LTE, keyless entry, auto xenon headlights, lane departure warning, folding mirrors, parking sensors/reversing camera....Essentially everything you expect from a luxury saloon. The problems is options crep - for 'just' £13K more you get 417bhp, AWD, and 4.2 60 time.....and than 'just' another £17K gets you the crazy P85D. I mean if your going to spend £50K+ on a car, you might as well get the best version you can afford I am not saying its not worth X but the technology hasn't come far enough forward yet. I am sure it will soon though. The Tesla works for me but no offense but your leaf doesn't. I couldn't drive a boring car 5 days a week just so I could have a fun car on the weekends.

  13. Thing is they are still 90k for the fast one and 330 miles of range isn't quite enough yet. Amazing car but I wouldn't want to drop almost 6 figures on one and worry about running out of juice.
  14. Seems very cheap! So could be a bargain. Hope it all goes well for you on Saturday. With my old 50 it was always 60PSI in 6th at 60mph, very easy to remember!
  15. Only issues you know of! Don't want to sound pessimistic but someone who would let the Z rot away like that probably hasn't looked after it very well. For example the oil could have run low and caused internal damage. That's 5k to fix if it goes pop, you may well get a bargain but I wouldn't take the gamble.
  16. Great photo, thanks for sharing
  17. Is this the one that's 13k on eBay? Personally it doesn't look very looked after, with the rust and the interior issues you might as well spend a bit more and get a better condition one. I got my 59 plate GT 18 months ago for 15k with 32k on the clock. Don't ever rush into car buying and never buy the cheapest one for sale!
  18. Wahoo I was right about the Omega! Rolex comparison photo was just to show everyone else what I was on about. So I think we have worked out that the 'Genuine fakes' are still not great if you know what your on about. The big brands don't just charge 4 figures just for the name you know!
  19. I was saving up for a brown leather strapped Grand Carrera a while back but Tag stopped making that range so have had second thoughts!
  20. Looks lovely and TBH I am not normally a Breitling man.
  21. Looks legit to me from here! Need a beter pic though.
  22. Rolex is very fake, lettering doesn't look indented and font is incorrect.
