  1. Exactly what I have been saying all along. You get a lifetime guaratee on the movement too. Saving up for a decent watch is half the fun
  2. Check eBay for nearly new decent quality tyres. You don't have to spend as much and you will get a better tyre!
  3. £66 is good, maybe see you Friday!
  4. Dam Mr Wink has beaten me to the fun. TBH for £10 the automatic movement looks good on the fake Hublot!
  5. silly me Guess some people have it and others don't It's all an opinion at the end of the day. It's like saying why would you pay 4k to go to the Maldives when you can go to nice beach in Wales! At the end of the day its only a beach. Hope the OP has got some sound advice from this thread lol
  6. dont you have rota grids A 6 spoke wheel?! Bloody hell what will they think of next TBH I did expect that comment too, so top work. I laughed the first time I heard the term too, but its actually a pretty good one - these are generally speaking fairly high quality items (the handbags are nearly indistinguishable) that have a different label on them - they are still £80 of watch, but they are pretending to be £20K worth of watch. They are not to be confused with the stuff you used to get in the Costa Del Sol that disintegrated within 30 seconds of buying it, like I say, my mate Tommo has had some that have worked for 5+ years now ETA: I *KNEW* Rotas would come into this somewhere People say this all the time but the handbags are definitely distinguishable if you know what your talking about. Haven't seen the watches so cannot comment, but my point still stands that in my eyes your probably better of spending £80 on a Rotary watch from John Lewis!
  7. Whats the point?! Just spend the money on a decent watch you can afford. Seems ridiculous spending money on something that has 99% of its R&D spent on copying another item. With a fake your not going to fool someone who is into watches and the rest of the time your just going to say its fake anyway so why bother?! Just my 2 cents
  8. Mr Wink gets touchy as his is the full Phat Nismo
  9. Rear boot lid and bumper alignment issues is a thing o the 70. The gap on mine is slightly more than I would like but others I have seen are far greater. If its wonky then that does suggest a knock at some point in its life.
  10. I have my MOT on the 14th so will have a good look round her if she is still there.
  11. Ouch. I suppose this is the Type R thread so seems right to talk like a G....Brup.
  12. Alan at AC Mechanical is a great guy and will look after you dude.
  13. Not the most helpful post but that oil is going to be annoying to remove off that nice drive! Good luck in resolving.
  14. I parked next to you because I am sad (GF's words not mine)

So you went for a £99 service and came out spending an extra £400 on an exhaust? No wonder they were friendly Only messing, Jez and Craig are great.
  16. V Power is always more expensive than its 97 Ron equivalent.I had the 50 mapped on 97 but decided to map the 70 on 99, hopefully it got me some more power but who knows!
  17. 99% sure it was me then, they are Matt black but I cleaned the car the following evening so it looks quite shiny for once.
  18. £565 each for a Nismo wheel on top of the Rays. Ouch.
  19. I know a decent guy in Aldermaston if that's closer?
  20. Black wheels on the 70? I go through Benson from Aylesbury around that time every Thursday.
  21. Very nice. Think I follow you on Insta.
  22. I can't believe you purchased without even a test drive, brave man! I went to see it at the Mustang specialist in Surrey. Didn't test drive though as I would have got my wallet out otherwise...
