  1. Put some ONR and water in a bucket and a bunch of inexpensive microfibers in there too. Make up a solution of ONR in a spray bottle. Then one panel at a time, first spray on your solution and then just gently wipe (no pressure) with a microfibre from your bucket. If it needs another pass, redip/renew the towel from the bucket. Change towels often so your not dragging dirt across your paintwork. ONR is well very well lubricated and lifts the dirt of the paint, its pretty safe, and if getting out a jet wash and buckets etc is not possible/inconvenient, Its probably the safest way to go. Hope its helpful
  2. This is the one i use: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E5VS58Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Been great so far, had it for about 2 years. Trickle and normal functions all automatically handled
  3. https://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/optimum-no-rinse Only requires 1-2 gallons of water to wash the entire car. Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine does not require rinsing since there are no soapy surfactants to wash off Might be easier for you?
  4. Hey, didnt know about this meet, might try to come. Im not very far, NE London. Whats the turnout been like?

  7. Hi Recently moved to the area. Looking for a good garage to take my Zed to. Needs service and perhaps clutch and some other bits n pieces. Any recommendations for a trustworthy place in East/North East London would be much appreciated.
  8. LOL at the posts I might be the only one on here that has a good idea what he's gonna do, as he told me when i met him Hope you're happy with it when it's finished mate
  9. Yep its all fitted, will get some pics up when i get a chance to take some. Looking forward to seeing yours too.
  10. Yo blacky, (im the one who bought your old N1) im glad to see you have started the project, hope it turns out well
  11. Am i being followed Yes they managed to do it all, i havnt seen it in the daylight yet, but it looks good so far If you wanna have a look drop me a PM
  12. Good to know As for seeing the car perhaps we can arrange something once its done
  13. Nice one sounds like its almost ready then No worrys, I live in the area but i cant say for certain i've seen yours yet, im sure i have seen an orange one though so might have been you, i will keep a better eye out I dont think the bodyshop owner is into the modifying scene etc (nismo/veilside etc) but he came highly recommended as a top bodyshop from a mechanic freind of mine who works for a garage. He said when they want excellent work done, usually on expensive customer cars, they take them to him instead of other bodyshops they use as he is just a cut above, so i thought i would give it a shot. Also driving past i noticed he always has expensive cars in for repair too. Have you heard differant about his work?
  14. Wow small world, mines getting a full nismo N1 fitted by a garage on chigwell Road (which comes under woodford i think?), its GM and JDM and a 2005 54 plate Hope the shop owner didnt strap on a veilside he had sitting around instead
  15. +1 on oz Superleggera III i rekon. Forged 3 piece rims almost 1k per wheel for our sizes
  16. Covert advertising for a photography company...
  17. TBH im not doing all that much, so its not gonna look as good as yours. But i do plan to do a small progress thread, plus if i dont Anders will kill me. Anyway you shouldnt feel too down mate, at the end of the day you had a good run doing your car, and it was awesome, now your moving on, the parting out has gone quite well too so its win win. Plus the standard zed is not all that bad is it
  18. It will look fine, especially for track........ dont be so prissy!
  19. What about mounting 2 in pillar pods and one in the OEM gauges
  20. Thanks for your reply mate. I think i misunderstood your initial statement above, I read it to mean that you can remap with Uprev or to unlock the true potential use UTEC, thus i was interested to know why you thought the UTEC would do more to unlock the potential than the uprev. But i think you ment that to unlock the true potential of the car's mod's you need to map it. Which i completely understand. Regarding the brakes i saw your reply, thanks . I also read about them over at the Evo forum, they seem to rate them in general. Sorry to go off topic! To OP: I would agree that that your would be better to run in the gear closest to 1:1 ratio, which i think is 4th or 5th? And a remap will help too.
  21. Nah i dont need another Zed thanks But you now you can still go down the route your thinking with the G if you know what i mean
