  1. Eeeuuuuughhhh! I like the current scooby though.
  2. Very interested! I despise my key!
  3. sounds like the points need cleaning. DIY job with a guide on here somewhere.
  4. Yes - sounds about right. WHay are you getting the front and rear bumber sprayed as well? Do they need it or is it just to get a colour match?
  5. Very good to know actually as I need my alloys refurbing soon too, though I think I'll wait til the spring.
  6. Chris's point about spending money on an SLR if you're not ito photography is dead on (even if his comment on auto modes is tosh ). Hybrids are good point and squirt cameras, do your research (just like buying a car or anything really). If you are going to buy an SLR Nikon's are known to any pro photographer as the best. It's not just about going for the biggest Megapixel you can lay your hands on but other technical aspects (file formatting, speed and lense quality). There are plenty of photography magazines about that do tests and reviews. I'd advise going and buying a couple of those and reading them thoroughly. Good luck!
  7. I sent a message to the seller asking how you can have tried and tested rear seat covers on a 2 seater car. Couldn't resist. Watch this space for the sellers answer...............

    Decided!

I use Yellowstuff and EBC Turbogroove and get lots of brake judder. I've only done 3,000 miles on them so I'm really not very impressed with them tbh.
  9. I dont think the 370z is any less succesful than the 350. If somones got an article or sales stats to proive me wrong be interested to see it. They are just exclusive!
  10. think you posted bad link. Dont lead to one specific video.
  11. What you doing next? Clearly selling the Zed. You know what you're gonna buy next? another project car?
  12. I havn't been student for 10 years and yet I stell think thats the coolest thing I've ever seen!!
  13. Me too. Sounded like a great idea but like many things on here never seems to have got off the ground. Can you give us a timescale to completion, cost update or I think I'll have to go with the Motordyne too.
  14. Never had too either however on my last trip to Abbey Mark actually said one of the biggest problems they fix from Zed owners is damamge from lack of oil. The rubbish dipstick can't help the situation I'm sure.......
  15. WHat sort of costs might we be talking about for a gorup buy? It's a great idea in principle but I would need some firm numbers to be able to convert my maybe to a heallllll yeessssssssss!
  16. That's a hell of an upgrade. Either business is good or you're eating beans on toast for the next 10 years....
  17. Hey All, Sorry if ive posted this in the wrong section. As the name indicates I'm selling my minitower PC. Had it for a year and its been great but I'm gonna treat myself to a new top flight rig this xmas. It's only 18 months old and still current as the specs indicate. Can come on its own for £300 or with 17" flat monitor and Altec Lamsing speakers for £400. I dont keep boxes and it's quite sizeable so I think it would have to be collection (i live in Kent) or courier (no idea what that would cost).
  18. Stay with O2 - Every independent review if them I've seen rates them as the best. Apart from the download speeds I went with Virgin 20 meg cos you don't need a phone line as it comes though the cable. I don't / need a landline so worked out by far the best for me. I'd consider Virgin if you're in their optic broadband area.
  19. CANCEL! CANCEL NOW!!! I can't tell you the stress I had with Talk Talk from non-enlgish speaking Indian call centres to that, even after 4 months they didnt send me the modem I needed and was included in the package. For the love of God CANCEL! O2 are brilliant, but I'm with Virgin 20 meg broadband now and bar the fact it went down for 8 hours yesterday it hasnt skipped a beat in 18 months and the download speeds are blistering! Oh - in case you didn't get the message before....... CANCEL TALK TALK NOW!!!!!! P.S - Women (bar a rare few) should not be allowed to buy anything remotely tech based. One more time - CANCELLLL!!!!!
  20. Hey Tarmac, Really sorry to hear this. It's always a horrible situation to be in. My missus specialises in this area of law and while I'm not a professional I get a feel for some of it from her. It's a very strange situation to be honest in that most claims of this type come from a disgruntled relative who has been left out of the will entirely, not somone thats getting near on 25% (if I read it right) anyway. For him to contest the will he would have to have some grounds, good evidence that the deceased was either not mentally capable or you had been in contact trying to manipulate the system would be examples of this. Since the amount is so small relative to the size of the estate I doubt he will have much chance of changing the will and you'll probably get your money, unless you want to wash your hands of him and waive your right to the money. It will undoubtedly slow the process of you getting the money which, even if everything runs smooth, could be over a year. If you need the money then sit tight and you'll probably still get it. If not I'd be tempted to waive your rights to it and be rid of the douche bag once and for all. Good luck with whatever you decide. J
  21. Love the honesty............. Seriously though how would they ever tell your car had been remapped? The ECU looks is the standard unit so short of plugging it in there no way they could tell.
  22. Oh the choices.............. * Air horn and football rattle * Sick stereo and mahoosive sub * Pogo stick * Electric guitar and marshall amp (and sheet music for twinkle twinkle little star) * Loud hailer I could go on.............
  23. What sort of power gains do you get from a plenum + remap on an MY03?
