Got the girlfriend behind the wheel of my 370 before it cracked the 1k mark and she was (I don't want to say surprisingly good because that's not fair) a natural at it. Considering she comes from a 1.3 Swift. I'd let her behind the wheel again no problem

Wow, that's cheap. I'm fairly sure this is the one that my old man bought, we've had Kacher ones before and this one seems to measure up okay. There is a snow foam attachment for it, my bro got one the other week, I think you're looking at something around £40 and it's a good piece of kit. In short it's worth a crack at that price mate, I think the old man paid £70, I won't tell him about this offer

My mum had an 07 SLK280, I think that's the 3.0 V6, it was good fun lovely to drive. I only drove it a handful of times but one of the times I took it for a spin up Brecon and it handled nicely in the twisties.

Yep clutch smell on mine too. I get it pretty much everytime I reverse mine into my garage, it's due to the slight raise, the bastard auto handbrake kicks in I hate, hate, hate it!!! Single handedly the worst feature they added to the car, it even kicks in on flat ground sometimes! You might be able to tell it winds me up a bit and smelling clutch is the worst thing in the world on a sub 4k car. I doubt I would smell it without the auto handbrake though.

I hate self service in supermarkets- ur doin their job so u should get a discount What I hate more is when someone goes through with a trolley! I was in tesco on saturday just picking up a few things and there were 2 women with trolleys full to the brim taking ages to put everything through, it was a joke. 2 guys in front of me lost it storming off to customer services to complain

No 6 disc CD changer for me but the most recent cds that have passed through are John Mayer, Mac Miller, Lupe Fiasco, Chris Brown and some old 50 Cent.

I'd have one but it would have to be a 3 door. Love the A3 but I find you get more respect on the road in the 370 probably because most Audi drivers are impatient reps.

Is there a zele GTR in the UK? I saw an Orange GTR on the M25 last week on the way to dover. Seemed an odd colour to have it in unless it was zele. It was going the other way so didn't get a great look.

Little update for anyone that cares or wants to know how to deal with this in the future. I called the DVLA about a week ago to explain the problem they advised I write a letter to them and fax it over explaining the situation. I also wrote to Glasgow Council to advise the DVLA were investigating so no further action was taken. This morning I got a letter in the post from the DVLA stating that their records had been amended to show I was not the registered keeper from 9th October 2010 onwards, result So lesson learnt, always complete and send off your own V5

Haha it was probably the biggest load of rubbish I've ever heard. Im sure it meant something to him but "we are what we are"?!?! I'm sure he's hoping that ends up on some review of the season that BBC do with the dramatic music of the moment.
