  1. Yes, finally, a thread not bashing Top Gear, if you don't like it - don't watch it. Amber Heard was fine as hell! I'm gonna leave it at that before saying something inappropriate but the idea of her being bi isn't bad!
  2. I was going to do ModBall this year in the Zed but people have dropped out and that's probably not the end of the world as I'm looking to go to Australia in October, but that aside their route looked brilliant. I'd love a good road trip in the Zed.
  3. Weekend car, I couldn't use it as a daily, far too paranoid about parking in car parks!
  4. Nothing wrong with the dark blue. I'll agree with you there mate, the dark blue looks stunning in the flesh the temper orange is nice too.
  5. I went there the other day, very nice! But whilst we're at it Franky and Bennies is terrible, I couldn't think of anything worse, microwaved crap!

It's missing a Ford badge so how can it be chavvy? In all honesty the SXs are the ones that will be chavvy before the Zs for the above mentioned reasons.
  7. Best time to drive ever is just as the sun comes up on a summer morning, say 4-5am. Everyone's asleep and the roads are empty
  8. This thread reminds me. Does anyone want to buy a pretty good spec'd bike with minimum use, I have a Norco A-Line, cost me 2k new!
  9. I think you have to accept you could never have a car over here like that.

A couple of years back I drove with 2 mates 2,500 miles (in a week and a half) in a 1990 Mercedes 190E with no problems. That's a 20 year old car. You will breeze it in the 370Z.
  11. 2 airboxes = 313. Good looking car, nice price and if anythings to go by the lack of main dealer service history is probably a good thing
  12. Don't worry fella, I did an oil change before heading back to uni a few years ago. Got about 60 miles away and I was dying for the toilet so nipped off at a service station. When I got out this old couple came up to me saying I had a lot of smoke coming from the back of my car. I thought they were pulling my leg until I walked round the car and saw black stuff dribbling out between the bonnet and bumper. Opened the bonnet and literally everything was covered in oil. I left the oil cap off. 60 miles without an oil cap was not advisable, plus I had to call the AA sounding like a complete idiot.
  13. do they sound something like, cruuuuuuunch zip crunnnnnnnch crunch crunch crunch
  14. He's lying, he's envious of the buldge! I loved my facelift, bonnet was much nicer, lights were better and interior was updated. Can't forget the updated interior!
  15. Have to agree there. We have a set of 2 roller bags that we could fill to the top and slide under the strut of the 350z, so for a weekend we had 2 full bags out of sight. In the 370z, because the strut is inverted, the boot floor is raised, so we cant fill the bags anymore as they wont fit. Also dont quite fit in next to each other, they touch the plastic finish now whereas they fit between the strut just fine in the 350z. Also where we now dont have it enclosed, on the UK car you get a roller blind thing, and with bags in the back (not even full) its very obvious there are bags in there. Also agree with the tyre noise. If you roll on smooth tarmac it completely dissapears. I would guess a combo of noisy tyres and harder bushes than the 350z is what causes it. Can wait to get them off an get some PS3 or similar on there to see if that takes it away. Can the road noise not also be down to the arch linings and sound deadening? I can hear every single little stone being picked up by the tyres and hurled at the arch lining whereas my Audi is silent on the same piece of road. I also have to agree with the boot, the best option is a heavy tint on the rear window, still that doesn't sort the boot capacity which is tiny!
  16. This might be a bit stupid but is there a mobile version of this site. my350z.com has one and it's great on the phone.
  17. That's the way! I feel bad for only having 2900 miles on the clock after nearly 8 months of ownership!
