Can't speak for the Focus RS but the 370 has good power, it is NA so it's always going to be different power delivery as you say, peak power is at something like 7k rpm. Plus, and this isn't mean to put down the Focus in a nasty way, the 370 is a vastly better looking car and isn't derived from a family hatch. With that I'll look forward to seeing another 370 owner on the site

I stand corrected then in that case yes that is somewhat of a concern in purchasing that car.

The bonnet has raised on one edge, doesn't look too bad. I think the damage on the GTR you're making reference to is a lot different, that's the pedestrian safety device. As far as I know our cars don't have that, do they?

I'm only 22 and my insurance was close to 2k without a claim last time I'm pretty sure claiming will cost me more in one renewal than the £400-£600 repairs. Best route to go I think mate and I feel for you having to clean that. I used to work with a guy who did insurance repairs and some of the stories were pretty horrific of what he had to clean up.

My old man used to hate taking the DB9 for a service, think it must be something to do with why he gave it the boot and 'replaced' it with a DB2/4, very different cars though.

It was no sleeper! Didn't have a zorst too handle the power hike! More like a hamster in a wheel than a big block! Why would a sleeper have a huge exhaust? The engine has to be able to breathe out! But ok......... ..........Maybe it was a sleeper! I was just and still am loving the wheels! Exhaust doesn't need to be that big I mean if it had 160bhp that would be a sleeper of sorts as most have sub 100bhp. I hate to say it but 160bhp would be great fun in something like that
