sounds to me like a clicking rear axle, very common fault on the zed and an easy fix. I think its the rear C.V. joints but i could be mistaken.

Think the percentage is higher for the UK as well, something like 73% made using natural gas, coal and oil (fossil fuels). @gangzoom ~ Imo there is no way we will see EV's replace ICE vehicles in our lifetime. Yet Internal combustion engines aren't as efficient as power stations so until there is a massive breakthrough in renewable energy then they will still be a "greener" option.

That's exactly my thoughts on ev's, there going to be the go to car and about 80 percent of cars being bought 20 years will be made from carbon/plastic and will be fully electric. Look how tesla have reduced the charge times from something stupid like 8-9hours to 20-30 mins for 200-300 miles in the last five years. Ev's will save ICE cars for pleasure the same way that cars have saved horses for recreation imo

I got a fair few done, I fitted kw coilovers, braided brake lines, full set of gt spec underbody bracing, k&n induction kit, mishimoto oil cooler and oil temp gauge, mishimoto silicone hoses and a full service with all fluids changed including the diff.

thanks for all the comments, i rang the DVLA when i got in from work and they said that i could drive as its on the system that i have a full license and says the same on the link that GIXXER posted, I've not long been back from my first drive and I loved it. :yahoo: First song that came on the radio was Rather Be by clean bandit which seemed quite apt

Holy thread revival batman!!!!! The DVLA issued my new license on Wednesday after a torturous year! To say it was hell was being kind. Just need to get the zed insured and mot'd and we're off and running. One question though, as they issued it in Wednesday and said it could take 3-5 working days to arrive am I ok to drive now or do I have to wait to physically have my license in my hand?

I thought that was one of the worst pieces of car journalism I've ever seen, he had the entire Abu Dhabi race track to himself for the night and all he kept piling up about was "this Porsche has heated seats, the mclaren doesn't" "This can go x miles in just electric power the mclaren can't" etc absolute nonsense! Just explain what's good about it, how it drives etc like clarkson and may managed to do.

I fully agree with him, it's a gimmick nothing more. Something I'd expect of samsung not apple. I won't be buying one, I'd rather save £500 and go to the great hardship of taking my phone from my pocket.

To adjust the rear shocks without the extenders is just an Allen key needed? If so what size and would you be willing to sell a set of extenders on their own?

as stated above, just get a bit of metal (skewer, wire coat hanger etc) and get it down there to prize the rubber out, Then throw away that crap socket and get a magnetic one.

My dad bought his lancia Monte Carlo for 3.5k 2 years ago and similar condition ones are now selling for just under 10k and still rising. It's getting hard to find a good one though
