Looking at images on the web and yours , your cats have definitely been extended Neil so I’d say your y pipe is custom too and not standard

Check that you can hear the pump running would be the first point of call I’d say, it’s behind the front right wheel splash guard behind the bumper.

Have you got a link to the oem Nissan up rated boot poppers @Sim I’ve been struggling with mine for years and was thinking about the aftermarket ones until I’ve just seen this. I’ve got a factory fitted nismo N1 spoiler and I up rated the struts about 7 years ago, tried the penny trick too. I went to remove the boot weight but there wasn’t one or any sign one had ever been fitted, due to the factory fitted spoiler I’m guessing.

Yes i definitely get the Zed serviced every year no matter what mileage it’s done. Just found it funny that last year was only 500 miles, covid and all that ! and combine it with the MOT as olly was saying.

I think what @ZMANALEX is saying is to spray parts one at a time to diagnose where the problem lies so that then it can be replaced. That’s how I took it anyway

Oil/filter could do with being replaced as it’s been awhile ! Does the 370z not need a service every 12 months regardless of mileage like the 350z ? Got mine serviced last year and I’d only done 500 miles

Haha yes just needs rubbing down and painting apparently More like two rear arches need cutting out welding and painting. Two new front arches and painting Drivers door painting Side panel painting. New front spoiler ! Well that’s a complete bumper. Wheel refurb the list goes on ! Definitely a project for someone

Yes not a genuine nismo as no uk cars are. However it’s got 19” nismo LMGT4’s which are a sort after wheel and was a factory option from new so its likely that the nismo aero body kit is genuine as that was optional extra from new too. But o dear it’s in a bit of a mess !
