  1. Had to see it to believe it
  2. Pics an old one before I fitted the rear LEDS but one of my little compact cameras better efforts.
  3. 1. Clicky axles 2. Boot struts 3. Tailgate "double click" syndrome 4. Corrosion level at flange between back box and mid pipe Other niggles in the guides section but all minor
  4. I lurrrv the interior of the 370z. A huge leap ahead of the 350z. Happy hunting
  5. Well done on your purchase Had many visits to Manchester eye hospital few years back Whilst there injuries i saw were from seamingly harmless events like snapping some bramble and a splinter flying into the eye. Most common is actually babies accidently scratching parents eyeballs. Scariest thing was waiting to see the consultant and the guy before me breaking down in tears being led out of the office with his head burried in his hands ........then being called in "NEXT PLEASE" . Thought I was gonna lose my eye.
  6. Bimbo takes her car to the garage. Mechanic fixed it in 2 mins. "Nothing serious luv, just sh$t in the filter" "OK" she said "and how often do I have to do that?"
  7. Love how your zed looks in the 2nd pic

    Big fat lips.......mmmmmmmmm
  9. Car looks very tidy Black touches complimenting the lovely tints.
  10. I read this topic on my350z.com here http://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-driv ... -info.html Very informative, backed up by lab analysis of the used oils indicating which oil used, miles done and standard or modified engines. Lots of good oils to choose from. CAUTION over 900 pages Mobil 1 0w40 did quite well. Surprisingly Mobil 1 5w30 didn't despit 5w30 being our recommended viscosity. Apparently the 5w30 is a totally different blend
  11. Looks great With the car looking so neglected was the paint badly swirled? For example a car scrubbed once a year with a sponge would probably be less swirled than one done weekly the same way? Ps anyone know what the bracket under the back box is?
  12. +1 on L&G I even take the wife's mini there for it's MOT
  13. When I used to go to the city centre I used to park in the PICADILLY HOTEL underground car park. There were plenty of larger than average bays to avoid "dings". Was a little more pricey than street bays but was worth it for peace of mind. About a 10 min walk from the station bang in the middle of Manchester Piccadilly. The ramp was long and mild. No issues with my Nismo V1 nose on standard suspension. Only thing is I'm not sure if it they close the access at night. Would have offered to meet up and babysit the zed for you and but my inlaws just arrived from Hong Kong so might be too preoccupied "entertaining" them to oblige
  14. Very authentic right down to the coin slot I wonder how much money it could bring in in £1 coins over a nights usage in the right location
  15. Sad news. Gonna miss you and your Avatar
  16. Would never have thought you've only been into detailing for 2 yrs with a collection like that.
  17. You think that's bad. Once a bird bomb hit me on the shoulder while I was in slow moving traffic through the bloody sunroof. I suppose it was easier to wash my fleece than the car interior
  18. A good garage in the NW is Lockwood & Greenwood based in Audenshaw, Manchester. Used to be a franchised Nissan garage but now gone independant. Family run garage. Used by many on here. Get a club discount About 30% cheaper than the prices you quoted I feel your pain. Had clicky axels TWICE on my 05 zed. Once after 2yrs and 18k. Then regreased under warranty. 6 months out of warranty happened again Still loving my Zed though
  19. Hi Stan. Same happened to me last night.......but she was on our bed Bathed, fed, changed, lying on her back having a last cuddle before bed......then WHOOOSH White mixture erupting out over her whole face then the bed Looked like the scene from Alien when they kill the android. Had to give lots of loving reassurance.....scared herself silly poor thing YOU GOT OFF EASY
  20. Happy hunting Used to have an L reg prelude before the zed. Wish I'd got a VTEC one. Bought the first one I saw which was a 2.3 Take your time and I'm sure you'll find a corker
  21. Let us know where you are based. Someone nearby might be able to let you hear their zed and go to Nissan with you to prove them wrong
  22. Guy must have been gutted when his drill came out the side of the engine trying to get the glow plug out
  23. My neighbour had the same problem. We tried clay.......no joy We tried a variety of Menzerna polishes.....nada Then I dug out one of those "eraser sponges" from JML...... gradually softened the oversprayed paint enough for the clay
  24. Looking like a starfighter built by the "EMPIRE"
  25. Top job. I very nearly bottled out of veiwing this thread on seeing the title
