  1. Not in this position this year, but here is what im a small part of helping to create.
  2. Well thats the other option, banger racing! Kobayashi,Grojean, and Maldonado all try to take you out when you go past them, so you have to dodge them, more than usual.
  3. BMW M5 http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds?Category=used-cars&M=272&Page=1&SortOptions=PriceLowToHigh&isExperiment=True
  4. Just listened to a video of it, and it does actually sound better and slightly louder. Just looks stupid!
  5. 12th one down http://thechive.com/2014/05/03/cat-saturday-36-photos-5/
  6. I found it actually takes longer with the DA than it does doing it by hand, the difference is that you can work the polish harder, and get a better result. I thought it would save me time using a DA, but it actually took alot longer, but the results were well worth it
  7. Thanks mate I've been using Demon Shine Snow Foam and it seems pretty good (and I love the smell). But does anyone have any other recommendations? Also how much Snow Foam to use? I filled the bottle up to around the inch mark. AutoDirect Magifoam is what I use, use up to 200ml depending on state of car. Thats what iv got, in blue to match my Azure, because im sad like that
  8. Looks like a stone has hit it, should be able to flat the area back to the carbon, and re-lacquer it without too many issues. Does not look like the carbon has cracked. Could be a bargain for someone willing to have a play with it.
  9. Or it could be the heat shields that go around the cats, they tend to fall apart and make all sorts of noises
  10. We do a Chive style FIND HER! In a non creepy way. lol
  11. I just noticed one day that the strip was in the air on the drivers side, so I pushed it back down, but could still see the corner of the windscreen. Maybe someone swapped it with theirs when I was parked up or something.
  12. Cheers for that Grundy, not sure why mine does not go all the way to the end of the windscreen, seems abit odd to me, and iv never noticed it before
  13. Cheers Keyser, just want to makesure that there are no leaks, and no pooling of water that can cause rust etc.
  14. Yep, thats the one, was just finding it myself but you beat me to it. It is fairly slow yes, but it also teaches you how the car feels when you are approaching the limit, etc, and because it happens slowly, its easier to correct if you go wrong.
  15. Me and a guy called Doug (who hardly comes on here but has a Kuro 350) went along, and had a great day. Works out cheaper than a proper track day, as we only went through half a tank of fuel, instead of a full tank, and its alot easier on brakes, etc too. Doug was down to the wear markers on his rears when we turned up, and we had a good look at them after, and there was no perceptable wear on them at all.
  16. You should try to get to one of these http://www.clubmsv.com/car-home/event-details?productid=2213 They dont take any life out your tyres, and you are not travelling very fast, so you tend to be able to stop before you hit anything.
  17. So is it worth getting a new one, or shall i just silicone it down? Im aware the trim on the A pillar covers needs attention also.
  18. Came out to my car last week, and noticed the plastic strip that runs across the top of the windscreen had popped up on the drivers side. Closer investigation of the area noticed what i think is not quite right. Can people please let me know if there is anything wrong with these pictures please. Drivers side Passenger side
  19. Sorry, was looking using my phone, and was obviously still half asleep. Doh
  20. Barcelona always tends to be a boring race, but atleast we had the last 10 laps where things got juicy. Was nice to see the 2 Ferrari's actually having some close combat, cant remember the last time I saw that, if ever. As is the norm this year, the Mercs just went and never looked back. Great drive by Seb and Dan to get 3rd+4th, that was the best we could have hoped for, hopefully we can have a smoother run at Monaco and put more pressure on them, we shall see
  21. Saw a nice Azure (they are all nice) going up the V10, was a couple of cars back, and turned on the H3 while they continued on. Looked nice and clean.
  22. Coming in via the 421 by any chance? Opens up nicely from a single lane to dual carriageway.
