Hamilton and Rosberg were at Silverstone yesterday with the new Mercedes

for a days testing. :thumbs:

They managed just 19 laps between them, then "The Blizzard" struck.. :scare:

Well hopefully it will be an improvement on what we did last year, though it didnt turn out too bad in the end.

Ye ! was a bit of a disaster last year. I'm sure it will be better this year.

Hope Daniel will take the fight to Merc, I'm sure Williams will also be strong this year. :thumbs:

Yeah, i think it will be between Merc and Williams, but depends how many dead donkey's the French have managed to resurrect for us. lol

Anybody know why McLaren have stuck with Mercedes silver

this year, surely it would have been an ideal time to go back to

the traditional orange and white of the Honda era. :surrender:

I'm sure Marlborough would have had something to say if Maclaren went back to that colour scheme.

Whilst their logos obviously wouldn't be on the car, the pattern is associated with the cigarette brand.

Also the law preventing cigarette sponsorship probably means it would be too close an implied association and they'd likely ban it.

Didnt Lotus get away with the old JPS colour scheme. :thumbs:
