There is a true gun metal close to me, I've always wondered what he puts on his car to get it looking so dark and wet. I swear someone on here told me gun metal and blade were the same! 1 Quote

14N Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Quickest and easiest way I've found of telling is look at the door handles. If they're the same (or virtually the same) colour as the car, then the car's blade silver. If the car's noticeably darker than the door handles, then it's the best and fastest colour, Gunmetal. (Yes, I know you've painted your door handles black)! Unfortunately the V5 logbook doesn't help much, as it lists the Gunmetal colour as silver! Paint code will tell you for sure. If it's WV2, it's Gunmetal. 2 Quote

brillomaster Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 they are pretty close... I personally wish the gunmetal was a darker shade of grey, as it is its a bit of a 'meh' colour. I actually really like the later 350zs in blade silver - when its clean the paint really shines, looks gorgeous! Quote
