Keyser Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 So the usual things happening at the Shed this weekend After a quick tidy up a newbie to the Shed Meeerrrk popped by to have his very nice Roadster restored to a normal ride height so his good lady can get to work over the ridiculous speed bump. After that MrE arrived so we rolled him straight in after his drive from Southampton (he was accompanied by his good lady and followed by his brother in a very, very clean Azure) The garden filled as usual MrE unwrapped his pressies Buster jacked his car up took the wheels off, but when we asked for his new brake pads to fit he said ......... "Ahhh", "They are still at home" See you tomorrow mate We let him off though as his good lady baked cakes for us So we rolled Luke;s in for yet another engine change 2pm 3:30pm 5pm 6:30pm It is just laid in we will wire it up and connect everything tomorrow (hopefully before MrE gets back ) The Zed Shed Crew 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You will have to ask Buster - I only got one but that was really, really nice - we also had 2 dozen krispy kreme doughnuts from Luke and and assorted bag of goodies from Meeerrrk @ Humpy - Errrr think you may have missed out on those mate @Will370z - Always welcome mate - come down when it's sunny, still after a ride in that lovely roadster of yours Looks like it's going to be a wet one out there today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yes mate all running - It turns out we didn't need to change engines it wasn't the head gasket at all - it was just Buster forgot to put the bottom hose back on, that's why it was overheating No really - no overheating problems, running sweet on test drive we will know more when Luke can take her for a good run he had to return in his loaner tonight so his Zed is waiting to be collected.
