the old ones were nice but a bit blingy with the chrome plus these are staggered 285/30/20 rears and fronts same as mine 255/35/20

 

The calipers are going red soon, according to Clarkson that is like Camilla wearing a thong

I actually do prefer these to your old ones, but I'd choose these myself, a colleague has them on his XF:

I remember trying to help him find some winter tyres for them in the 255 35 20 size, there was only one type available which was a Pirelli at £450 a tyre

Yeah I was hoping to get some of those, but these came up at a very good price pretty much free alloys witg the tyres

The dunlops are not too bad and strangely on camskill the 285/30/20 are exactly the same price as the 255/35/20

i'm waiting for the new vreds vorti's to be released in that size, currently running falken 452's they are great in this tyre size.

Popped down to see Sly @ Kaiser Motors and got the wheels put on, bit fiddly as TPMS valves had to be swapped out, one was too rusted up but Sly got straight on the phone and one arrived shortly after

 

 

The offset is much better

Fitted some very nice DRL's at Papa's place in the sweltering heat Wednesday

I think it is a mock up but you get the idea, it will be a bit sleeker I think but looks very nice already...

Think I'm about 20 years off owning anything jaguar other than either the XFR or XKRR. But I'm about £70k off either of tose.

 

That little coupe does look nice though.

 

I feel like I've aged a little just posting on this. And I can feel a strange twinge in my hip
