Luke0549 Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 You took sandpaper to your car and it came out like that?! You must be Jesus. The thought of wet sand going anywhere near my car makes me cry. Quote

notfub Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 I was wondering why you took a picture of the Megane but then I realised it was a reflection! I say, I say. Jolly good show! It's a Clio not a Megane Sterling effort Jarvis. Takes me hours to wash my car properly let alone getting the paintwork better than factory. Amazing results mate....if you fancy a go on some gunmetal let me know In fact, I may need your services in the not too distant...looking at some paintwork doing Quote

BLACK-HAWK Posted June 9, 2012 Author Posted June 9, 2012 Hi Dean, All joking aside mate, i'm p1ssed off!!! with the way the bodyshop is going, a few years back when i was supervising the bodyshop and spraying, our labour rate was £25ph for walk in customers and i'd do mates rates @ £20ph, all the boys would come down and i'd do their cars start to finish, i'd be doing Evo's, Impreza's, Escort Cosworth's, GTi-R, 200sx, 300zx and 350z's and i was loving the job, then we started selling motor homes... and the management structure changed, now i'd say atleast 60% of my work is f*cking motor homes and the management want a minimum recovery of £35ph from the bodyshop, so in simple terms, there are just cheaper ways of getting an equally good repair:( Quote
