Looking on autotrader and came upon these. Dont know too much about Vauxhalls tbh but is it me but could this be the best bang for your buck low miler second hand purchase car on the market atm?

 

£14k buys you a low ish miles car that is nearly half list price. 270hp, brembos, 2 door, faster 0-60 then the Scirocco R which are late teens low mileage facelift. A genuine hot hatch quicker then Kia Proceeds, Hyundai I30 Turbo (last gen)

 

Am I missing the catch if there is one?

decent wheels also. subtle lines on the door and door handle a nice touch also. Think its a case of pretending this isnt an option as it really is a good deal from a thinkning with the head point of view

On paper the specs are fine, but I dare you to drive one and not come away thinking that painting a beige wall seems more fun.

It's not just Col's that's good, there's them Aussie ones with the V8s in that they slap Vauxhall badges on.

 

That said, I'd sooner have a Fiesta ST, Scirrocco, one of the sporty Seats, Skoda VRS, Toyabaru, Honda, Kia, Hyundai...
