  1. The Fidanza fly comes with two fitment options. On the end of the crank there is a small dowell pin. On the inside of the Fidanza fly there are two small holes. One hole is marked front and the other is marked rear. What this means is that front wheel drive cars like Maxima or Altima the dowell pin locates to the hole marked front and the rear wheel drive cars like 350Z, G35, G37 the dowell pin locates to the hole marked rear. Get this wrong and the car will not start as the timing will be "out". If this is the case then the only remedy is to pull the box and fit the fly properly. I have no 1st hand knowledge of the American F1 fly that you fitted but I would assume that there would be similar fitment options. Hope this helps. Alex.
  2. What year is your car and what type of fly did you fit? Alex.
  3. Hi and welcome to the forum. You have pm Alex.
  4. Press the brake pedal.
  5. A couple of plastic inserts that fit into the bottom of the front wing Chris is probably all that you will need. The brackets are flimsy and will be easy to straighten up. Alex.
  6. Yes, they fit.
  7. Great news Doug, I just hope that they do not have a change of heart when they find out the price of the parts.

    PINKING

It's this bit I'm wondering about Not unusual in Scotland for unknown young "ladies" to hop in to a Z Roadster for a "spin" when you are sitting at traffic lights in the city centres, especially just after the pubs come out. We really are a very friendly bunch up here, despite suggestions in another topic.
  9. I have black/chrome GT4 18" rims which I would consider exchanging for your silver ones, providing on if they are front or rears. Drop me a pm if this is of interest to you. Alex.

    PINKING

If your car is actually "pinking" (detonation) then I would get it looked at immediately. Alex.

  15. Yes mate, most decent garages will fit parts supplied and they should not require instructions as it is very straight forward.
  16. I have them and they are much cheaper than Nurrish
  17. Worst case senario: I have preowned diffs and throttle bodies if required. Hopefully it wont come to that. As the guys have suggested, pull the codes and do your resets. Alex.
  18. Here you go mate. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=21842
  19. You have answered your own question.
  20. 33 is the number of splines. The diameter of the shaft varies as it is tapered The spline part is 15.27mm - 15.30mm The smooth shaft thereafter is 15.50mm - 17.96mm

  22. Top or bottom?
  23. I have these available pre owned at £100.00 each. This thread still going after all this time? Worth noting Alex I recall this thread well Martin. Still available and still £100.00 per side.
  24. They are not interchangable as the flanges are different. The early cars have a triangle gasket and the later cars have a crush ring.
  25. Vouch for the Steak Pie and the quality of the pool tables. Also "Lock Ins" most nights
