  2. Cold, thick, water pump grease is best as it compresses much better that thin warm stuff.
  3. Also Car Hood Warehouse will only do black or blue for the 350.

    Perhaps heater flap rattling about as known fault.
  10. Just fill the pilot bearing with thick water pump grease and use a drift the same size as the hole to force the grease to the back of the bearing and the pressure will push the bearing outwards.
  11. Is there a way of testing it off the car? Yes, simply block off the ends and pressurise and check if it is holding pressure.
  12. At the Classic Vehicle Auction at Errol Airfield near Perth. Chatted to him for around 15 minutes, and found him to be quite a friendly knowledgeable chappy.
