I should have these in stock, however, you will be quicker and cheaper by just using a length of electrical wiring cable and crimping on a couple of connectors either end.

Get yourself a suitable code reader for the JDM protocols or take it to a 350Z specialist. If the CEL came on there will be a code stored which should help identify the issue, otherwise you are just guessing.
