Drilling will also be a major problem for you as standard HSS drill bits will not look at these buckets. You will require Cobalt (HSCO) or Carbide (CARB) Might be a plan to send this small drilling job to your local engineering firm.

I would start with a new battery and also check the engine and battery grounds. If your car is a JDM then best upgrade to the larger UK battery.

I use these kits in the shop on a regular basis and I charge them out at £300.00. Your existing OEM shims should be reusable so do not get them mixed up, however, if you find that the tolerances are out then just measure up and get the correct sized shims from Nissan.

It is not warping that you have, you are experiencing DTV which happens when the mating faces are not 100% clean or to much run out etc. As I said before it is a fitment issue.
